The establishment was at half capacity which was the busiest it was through our stay. Fifteen minutes after being sat, the waitstaff had completed neglected coming by to take our drink orders. We had to signal a waiter to place our drinks. Similarly, we had to signal yet again for someone to take our food orders. I don't know what kind of system they work out as to whom serves which table but, we even had to ask for someone to bring us an ashtray even though, the tables around, had being given them while I was still holding my lighted cigarette. I ordered a medium rare rib-eye, I've got a well done instead; the garnish consisted of hideous chips (French fries) and under-cooked veggies. With all this being said, at least the beer yards we ordered, kept a reasonably chilled temperature. Definitely not coming back ever!

I go here sometimes from work because they do give a valid tax receipt (factura) and its a clean place with ok food. Service sometimes slow.
