I thought they were giving me a new location, but nope. I needed to find my medication. I felt like it was poor customer service. So, I started calling around in my car. I called the pharmacy in Douglasville, I describe exactly what happened--e.g., experienced an unreasonable delay in receiving my prescription, was treated with customer service, by Dr. Sam said I can fill it for you and find you a cheaper coupon. I drove there to pick up my prescriptions. He did apologize to me for having to drive there. I appreciated that as a customer. Dr. Sam took care of my concerns and restored my faith in Kroger. I am requesting that Kroger investigate (455 Nathan Dean Blvd, Dallas, GA 30132 ) this matter and take appropriate action to ensure it does not happen again. We are all human beings, and we make errors. Nevertheless, if you have not checked to see if you have the medicine in 6-7 hours, that's bad. They do not and will not EVER put signs on the damned pumps when they are out of gas. I am not kidding when I say I have to drove to four or five gas pumps every single time I come here because they REFUSE to tell people when they're put of gas. So their customers have to drive from pump to pump putting ten cents of fuel in their car at a time until they find one that works. Its ridiculous and completely unnecessary and it makes me want to stop bringing my business to this place altogether.
