I always feel relaxed when I visit here and don't dread visiting the hairdressers like I used to! Kat is so nice and will always suggest ideas that might suit you or do as you say! She is not bossy or patronising and always make you feel at ease. She knows what she is doing. I never have a problem getting an appointment despite this being a popular salon as I know to book in advance where possible, but they always try to fit you in where they can.

The only reason i haven't given this review a full five is I can't say "it's as good as it gets"…read morethe interior isn't a top range salon, that said, I have my colour done there it is fantastic, ( I started going as I asked afriend where she had her's done as I liked it so much, and she recommended Collette). I have my extensions done in Herbert's, and if i had my colour done there would pay more than double.
