I never have to double check their work or worry they'll miss something. Their products are top of the line and if you have specific request she'll do her best to accommodate them (ie I asked them to only use non-bleach products in my toddlers bathtub and she without hesitation accommodated) Kim is also easily reachable via text and phone-call which makes the whole experience simple and efficient. I can text her specific cleaning requests or questions and she responds in a timely manner. I frequently text her to move around my scheduled cleaning by a week or so and based on her availability shes more than willing to do so. This type of personalized service is unique and hard to find these days. I would recommend Maids of Hartford to anyone who is looking for a reliable, experienced and personalized cleaning service!

I am really disappointed in the management/administrative staff. After several years, you are unable to secure a time on a regular basis for each week. We had morning for what seemed like a year and then all of a sudden we were late morning/lunch or afternoon. "The crew had a new clean which takes longer." "We never promised you mornings." After repeatedly cancelling plans or being inconvenienced we decided enough was enough. If you have all day to sit around and wait for when it is convenient for them to place you on their schedule then this is the company for you.
