Chicken was not over season and the beans were simply on point. This must be a popular spot for locals because there was a line order your food. One line is for the lunch menu and the others are for all other items. Everything looks amazing and fresh. They are very friendly and assured us with questions. A little tricky navigating the ordering so if you want anything from the bakery goods they have displayed make sure you check that out first and then place your order. Otherwise you will hold up the line and for the locals that would be frustrating. They will give you a beeper to let you know when your items will be ready. Overall a very good experience and highly recommend it to anyone in the San Juan area. About a 15 minute drive from Island Verde but worth it! Very relaxed environment. We also ordered the latte, Americano, and iced coffee. Ended up paying $27 before tip which was reasonable for a decent breakfast. The food was not great but it was quite good and the espresso drinks were very food and rivals the best coffee in San Francisco. Please note that you have to ring the bell in order to be let in, so wait a little bit before going away if you get there during regular business hours. Also, besides the wall menu, they have a regular menu that is actually cheaper than the board.
