I understand that it could be busy on weekend, but this felt like next level. There was pushing and shoving both from the guests in the locker room and the staff. I felt bad for the overworked cleaning staff. I didn't like them pushing me from my locker. The lines were also very long in the locker room. We were hoping it was just a hiccup in the lockers, but all the facilites felt like this. The seats were left soggy and wet. They were packed and sorta loud. It felt more like a public pool than a spa. I think if I went in with the mindset that it had a public pool/gym feeling and very packed pretty spaces I would've liked it more. We booked three hour entry and left within the first hour. They also were out of water. It was still very beautiful, we just had a bad experience.

Before I begin my review on the spa I just want to say that everyone I encountered at this hotel was extremely pleasant and did the utmost to make me feel welcome - the doorman, the concierge, the spa personnel, etc. Fantastic customer service. I had to speak a little Italian initially but the staff were proficient in English as well, which was impressive (and comforting) to me. I had a spa appointment the evening before I was set to fly back to the states. The spa area itself has a serene, relaxing atmosphere. (Side note: If you have time I would also recommend checking out the pool, as it is one of the most impressive pools I have ever seen.) Now, back to my appointment- the technician was ready to take me in as soon as I came down, which I was happy about. She was very friendly, professional, and was someone that I was able to hold a conversation with, too. She really did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations, taking extra time to make sure her work was well done and that I was satisfied. When I come back to Milan I will definitely be coming back here. Five star experience!

I've been getting my harp cut by the same person for years so going to someone new just seemed scary. I was recommended to Aldo Coppola by a local in town. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and taken to my chair. I then had someone ask me what I was looking for and describe the style I was looking for. I then had my hair shampooed and conditioned by another person who did a really nice deep scrub on my scalp. It felt amazing. I then went back to my chair and got my hair cut and styled to my liking. Manuel was my stylist and he did an amazing job cutting it to my request and styling it great! I felt awesome when I left and would definitely visit this place again.

That was the longest part of the process the blowout and cut were done in 45 mins. Wow, I was so scared of how it would come out and then to find my hair looked so beautiful. Also, my blowout lasted for days, almost a week. I am definitely getting my hair done here when I come back. They really are professional and work like a team here. I also had a Manicure and Pedicure here and was happy with that, however it is not like when you have your nails done here in the states. I think I was her only client so she really took her time. Almost 2 1/2 hours. But she was really friendly to me and tolerated my terribly spoken Italian and my ok spanish.

I had been thinking about getting my hair cut short and was thrilled when they said I could come back in a few hours and that the artistic director would cut it! I went in and had a nice wash and then Dominic, I believe, asked what I wanted. Mostly I told him what I didn't want. He listened carefully and then commenced the best haircut I have ever had. It looks great! I have had many unsolicited compliments, and it is so very easy to style. My only concern now is finding someone here in the states to cut it as well. It was a great experience.
