I got home and the vape was completely empty and covered in the vape juice because it had leaked out. less than 24 hours later I went back to get an exchange and the gentleman told me they couldn't exchange it. they willingly took nearly $30 for 1 vape(the price broke down to $80 for all 3) knowing that if it were bad that they'd keep my money and send me away with nothing but a bad mood. this is ridiculous! the guy said "we tell everyone to test them in our shop so they know theure okay" well no one told me to test them! im not a regular user of this shop or vapes in general so if if this is common knowledge for this industry, I wasn't aware of it. I've never felt more robbed by an actual business in my entire life. he had the nerve to offer me 10% off of a new one. so I have to spend roughly $50 for 1 $27 vape because you guys sell broken junk?! they have the absolute worst customer service policy and I'm shocked I'm the first to encounter this problem.

However, they changed their policy on buying single cigars and force their customers to buy costly bundles. So now I buy elsewhere at places I wouldn't consider before. Sorry our paths had to end like this. PS. In the past, I purchased several bundles of even more expensive cigars to share with my Veteran friends who couldn't either afford them or drive anywhere to buy them.
