Didn't open it and left it as is. Called the store and told them about the simple mix up. The woman on the phone told me "we are sorry but there are no exchanges or returns." I explained I was just in the store 15 minutes prior. Didn't seem to matter. I now have a 20 plus dollar bottle of e juice as a paper weight...? I could understand if it was a day later or if the bottle was opened. However being denied a simple exchange after a simple mix up 15 minutes after purchase?!?! That's just bad business...

CAUTION SYNTHETIC (SPRAYED) BUD SOLD HERE. OWNER AND EMPLOYEES WILL LIE TO YOU. VERY MISLEADING!!!…read more Absolutely wasted my time and fuel coming here. Was even told over the phone they carry THCA cannabis. When I arrived it turns out they only carry synthetic THC-P which is a synthetic hard to predict "cannabinoid". This is untested chemically altered cannabis. They use FAKE COA charts from an unaccredited company called "Verda Analytics". Which is a real company but they dont test cannabis. Theyre an oil company based out of Texas. Please use caution they have a girl working here that will straight up lie to your face. The owner of the store/company will also lie to you.

People quietly spoke to each other regardless of whether they know one another. Games appeared on 7 different TVs but at a reasonable volume. The were small novely games at the bar and a giant jenga. Looks like they have live music nights too. A large patio with picnic tables and trees is also available. High quality mocktails with healthy shots thc-a were spectacular. I had the Moscow Mule while my friend had the Cherry Bomb. Picked up indica gummies for further relaxation. There was a full bar of vaping and smoking supplies on the other side. Thomas was our host. He's knows how to make a place welcoming especially to newcomers. Will be back soon. ATM available. Gender neutral bathroom. Parking with handicapped space.

I stood there in front of the guy on the phone for over 5 minutes just waiting and listening to him argue with some company about his bill. 10 minutes later, dudes still on the phone and hasn't said a word to me. There's now 5 people in line waiting for this guy to get off the phone & help. I waited another couple minutes and gave up. Just walked out & said I won't be coming back. Well I ran out of coils again & this is the closest place to my house. I figured maybe I would try it again & give them another chance. I should've known better....... I checked their hours on Yelp & Google which said open through 6pm. I pulled up at 5:40pm on Friday went to the door and the damn place was closed! I'm 10000% done with this place and highly recommend taking the drive elsewhere. Just absolutely horrible. I ran my own business after the military & would have never done this regardless of my "bill" or whatever issue caused me to close early. At the very least, a sign saying "family emergency , sorry"..... I'm at another vape shop now about to walk in to get what i need. Your loss bro.
