The house buyer requested to move the closing date five days earlier than originally scheduled. I contacted Mac to see if they could accommodate the shortened time frame. They were very accommodating. They started the job on Sunday to be sure they had enough time to complete the job. The cleaning took two days to complete. When they were done the house was spotless from floor to ceiling and the appliances looked new. I appreciated that they took a tour of the house before quoting a price. They were the only company I contacted that did a house tour. By assessing the scope of the job first, I feel Mac and Kat offered a fair price especially when you consider all the extras they did to make the house clean and sanitized for the new owner.
