There is something seriously wrong with this firm. They waited until the absolute last minute to file my taxes (two days before they were due!!!) despite getting the needed information from me months in advance and bi-weekly follow up check ins from me. The answer was always "soon" which was a full on lie. So stressful for clients and completely unnecessary. They used to be a pleasure to deal with and now they are just a nightmare. Taxes are not a joke and are way too important to put up with a firm that could care less about their clients.
