To be clear Joe, my home was completely emptied with brand new floors and base boards as well as pre-cleaned by me! Far from poor condition. As far as products, your cleaner sent me to Walmart to buy her dawn soap! I was quoted for 4 hours. After 2 hours, they cried the needed more time. I said I would pay for the additional time. You assured me everything would be complete and the kitchen would be perfect. They left piles of dirt in the kitchen that weren't there to begin with. Joe are you aware I mopped the kitchen while your girls cleaned the bedroom? Why did I come home to piles of dirt? The oven was untouched. My blinds were broken. After multiple attempts we were finally able to get in touch with Joesph Nelson to discuss the incomplete work and mess left behind hoping to come to an agreement on the unsatisfactory work done. More than willing to pay but felt we should only have to pay for the amount of work completed. Joseph Nelson, the owner, was unwilling to help in anyway and instead threatened to put a lien on our home if we weren't willing to pay the full amount then proceeded to charge my card.

Two ladies cleaned the house and got into filing cabinet, shuffled through it and found my fathers money envelope that was buried they two girls stole all the money. $500 + So sad that a service company does not vet their staff and that they did not acknowledge the event happened nor did they offer to teplace the money. Police charges had to be filed. I do not recommend this cleaning company. Don't even want to give them any stars. But they did clean. And left laughing that they stole from them. Can't trust anyone. It's a Shame.
