The guys are very responsive and accommodating. Besides cleaning, they have been helping us with other maintenance tasks too. The feedback from guests has so far been 5 stars except for one case. When one guest was not satisfied with the cleanliness, we passed the complaints to Wicked Awesome and they adjusted their procedures to make it better next time. The company is young so they are still working out their systems and processes but they are on a right track to make this an awesome business!

I then followed up with questions that were not answered via email. I called many times and was finally sent an email with an answer. Long story short, then an appointment was scheduled. We had it on the books. Then immediately thereafter.... The maids all came down with Covid then and we're not able to handle the booking. That is fine, no problem, I understand the issue. I certainly don't want sick people in my house. So I reached out to reschedule and ask a question about them being able to access a free app that will allow them into my building if I'm not there. Never got a response. Mainly this is just a lack of response time and lack of customer service, which to me is as important as the cleaning. Disappointed but did find another cleaning service who provided not only excellent cleaning but excellent customer service.

I specifically asked about cleaning inside the cabinets and appliances, and wiping the walls due to my cat allergies (cat from the previous owner). The 1,600 sq ft vacation house was just purchased and completely empty. I removed all 100 of the screws and nails in the walls to make for easy wiping. I had three ladies arrive and they were here for 4 hours ($560). I walked through the house with the "supervisor" and explicitly reiterated about the walls and cabinets. I didn't want to micromanage them so I stayed out of their way and left the house. A lot of the house was very clean, looked and smelled clean. Upon further inspection when I was unpacking the kitchen, I noticed the refrigerator had not been pulled out (which was super easy for me to do), the sides and back of it were filthy with food and cat hair, none of the kitchen cabinets had been vacuumed or wiped, and the walls hadn't been touched. The owner contacted me for payment. I called her and told her I was disappointed. She wanted to send them back, but since this is a vacation home, my time here is limited. I needed it cleaned like I asked so we could unpack and paint. It took me two hours by myself to do the work they hadn't completed. Honestly, I'm not sure what took 12 hours to clean--I could have and should have done it myself. General cleaning, bathrooms, floors and windows they did a very nice job. Custom cleaning, not so much. I would get a written agreement if I had them back to do deep cleaning.
