I was sure they would take the bulldozers to it after the storms, but I just discovered that they're actually renovating it. Outside for sure, hopefully all the condos as well. I've been to the Caprice several times and will not return until pool rules are somewhat enforced. The beds were so plush. We slept like a dream. TV in every room. You have a backdoor that lends to the pool patio. There are seating tables provided. The hotel had plenty of parking. For each unit you can fit 3 cars. Fully stocked with beach towels. Lovely kitchen and living room space. We loved that the beach was directly across the street from our villas. 30 second walk to the beach. We spent alot of time in the pool that was provided. We used the outside grill almost every night. Such a lovely, cozy stay. We already rebooked for next labor day 2021 *there isn't any one on site. You let yourself in the room with a passcode. You have to text or call for assistance. Which was not a problem because the owners responded back very quickly. P.S: book early for holidays. This places sells out fast....also, I saw a bad review posted about bed bugs. We didn't have any problems with bugs. They keep this place pretty clean and in great condition.

Each and every family had their own "bungalow" unit. The units were spacious, clean, well decorated and well supplied. The kitchens had everything we could need to cook a meal, the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn't need to bring anything with us but our food, swimsuits and sunscreen. One of my favorite touches was the high quality, super soft sheets on the beds. I wished I could take them home with me! In the center of the property is a sparkling clean pool and even a deck box filled with toys and floats for the kids. That courtyard area also contains several propane BBQs and nice patio tables. We had many large family meals in the courtyard and used the BBQs. Directly across the street is the beach. We spent many hours walking the beach, collecting shells and swimming. Every evening we would go to the beach to watch the sunset. The property is located close to John's Pass, where we spent time shopping, dining at restaurants, riding wave runners, and parasailing. Our entire extended family loved this location so much that we plan to meet back there again next year. Hopefully, we will become part of the "regulars" who vacation at Blue Waters each and every year!

Most of the lights were burnt out. Blood on sheets. Had someone working on property that was coughing non stop. When the owner arrived on site she said " stay away from me, did you get a negative test yet". He said no. So basically they don't care about the safety of their guests. We had to spray down anything he touched and we were trapped inside for an entire day. He was working from 8-8. We reached out to management company (before we knew the person was the owner) but they said that they worked for the owner not them there was nothing they could do. So the point of contact they give is no help. The last day we were there they had group after group of wedding planners and their clients touring the property. Showing no respect for our privacy or personal space. They were loud and rude. Making comments like we would show you all the bungalows but unfortunately there are guests. The morning we were leaving was the only day we were up before daylight and when we turned on lights there were cockroaches. Show more

This so supposed to be a special weekend with my family and wedding. It turned out great thank you…read moremy family. We rented the whole place for 3 days. When we arrived none of the TV/wifi was working correctly. All my family had to use their hotspots all weekend. The the suite 3# there where a bunch of roaches having a party in the sink and it smells of mold and mildew. I have sent over pics of the roaches and not one person showed up to handle the problem. No one wanted to stay in this suite due to this. I also had people coming to tour the property while we were setting up for the wedding. The new owners clearly don't care about privacy or the renters. Then this housekeeper shows up mad because she has to clean our suite (rose petals on floor). There is no supplies in the house (no soap not even for hands, no dish soap, paper towels and not enough towels in any suite/house. If you want to have a great time then please book somewhere else. I am still waiting for a call from management about this issues.
