So on top of the no Groupon deal I didn't get anything for the spray tan Mel function. Very disappointed. Lesson learned. Call before you buy a Groupon

As any parent would, my priority was getting her medical attention. Throughout the day, I made multiple calls and sent several messages to the salon in an effort to reschedule her appointment due to her illness. We did not receive any response until 1:00 PM that evening (her appt was at 2:40pm)--how convenient--only to be told that their cancellation policy had already lapsed and that they were unwilling to accommodate any change. The owner wanted nothing to do with helping her out. What is most disappointing is that we even offered to provide a doctor's note from the walk-in clinic to verify that she was legitimately sick, and still, there was no willingness to work with us. A business should have policies, but there should also be a reasonable level of understanding and flexibility--especially when it involves a minor with a documented medical issue. The lack of communication during the day and the unwillingness to find a solution reflect very poorly on their customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before booking here.

After Zoom Tan recently purchased Copper Tan, where I've been a member since 2017, I went back to…read moretan on December 30, 2023 and was met by a young lady behind the counter who was completely insane. All tanning accelerators were out of stock and she asked what I wanted to do. I replied that it doesn't really work without it. She told me to either tan or get out. She then went on an angry tirade about how she did not need any attitude from me or anyone else and to leave the building. She left the counter and went on slamming a door in my face. Insane behavior to say the least, unstable would be a better description. I have emailed customer service twice and filed three complaints over the phone, I have yet to hear anything from them. Zoom Tan is not responsible for poor employee behavior, but not dealing with the issue is. Zoom Tan inherited my annual membership paid in advance or I would simply go elsewhere. The difficulty of finding good staff doesn't justify poor management and customer service. Not impressed with this company to say the least. For the record, when I asked this employee what her name was, she responded that it was none of my business, the same answer was given when I requested the name of her supervisor. So, attached is her picture, perhaps she'll realize she should have simply provided her name.

We now have to involve our family lawyer for something as stupid as needing to get a single tan. Going to Post everywhere on every social media, & contact every news agency until this resolved.
