They didn't honor it in any way I also had a Mel function in the spray tan machine and the girl told me she spoke with the owner and he would give me 4 free tans to honor the Groupon and the Mel function of the spray tan but then claimed they had no notes on it. So on top of the no Groupon deal I didn't get anything for the spray tan Mel function. Very disappointed. Lesson learned. Call before you buy a Groupon

Well for me that happens about once a month , if I'm lucky, so I need to find a way to always look tan and keep the dream alive. Enter Coppertan USA. Coppertan USA gives me many tanning options, I have a platinum membership ( yes it drafts payments off your credit card just like a gym membership every month) For signing up on EFT you get a hefty discounted price. They offer a cash payment version of this membership at a higher price so any one reading reviews where people complain they didn't know they would have auto withdrawals made from their bank account , its just not true. READ THE AGREEMENT you initialed and signed, its pretty clear! I like the Platinum Membership because it allows me to stop in any time as many times as I want every day all month long and tan in any machine they have including the Versa Spa spray tan. I love the Versa Spa, its quick ( less than five minutes) and the color on level 3 bronze is perfect for my skin color, I'm blonde, blue eyed and very fair. But if I spray , everyone thinks I've spent a couple of days on the beach ( look at my pictures judge for yourself). The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating if they tried. They know the equipment and can always suggest the right lotions or bed based on what you need. And the hours are extensive even on holidays. I love this place and can safely say , many Palm Beachers do as well , I run into many friends when ever I tan , especially on the weekends! They also run many different sales and offers thru out the month, they change all the time like 50% off or buy one get one free, these specials usually apply to ANYTHING YOU BUY, like a three month membership, so you actually get six months for the price of 3. So before buying anything - ASK, "when are you going to have a sale", the staff is very good about finding you the best offer they have or letting you know what might be coming up.

After Zoom Tan recently purchased Copper Tan, where I've been a member since 2017, I went back to…read moretan on December 30, 2023 and was met by a young lady behind the counter who was completely insane. All tanning accelerators were out of stock and she asked what I wanted to do. I replied that it doesn't really work without it. She told me to either tan or get out. She then went on an angry tirade about how she did not need any attitude from me or anyone else and to leave the building. She left the counter and went on slamming a door in my face. Insane behavior to say the least, unstable would be a better description. I have emailed customer service twice and filed three complaints over the phone, I have yet to hear anything from them. Zoom Tan is not responsible for poor employee behavior, but not dealing with the issue is. Zoom Tan inherited my annual membership paid in advance or I would simply go elsewhere. The difficulty of finding good staff doesn't justify poor management and customer service. Not impressed with this company to say the least. For the record, when I asked this employee what her name was, she responded that it was none of my business, the same answer was given when I requested the name of her supervisor. So, attached is her picture, perhaps she'll realize she should have simply provided her name.
