They planted 4 trees which one immediately went into transplantation shock immediately. Reached out to the service manager who never bothered to come look at them. He had promised to send me instructions and videos on how to care for them but never did after reaching out to him several times. We also signed a contract for them to do landscaping around our driveway and turnaround which they neglected to do. Now that area is completely overgrown and will have to pay more money for someone to come in and dig out all the weeds. They seem to care more about making easy money cutting down treea. I wouldn't recommend them for any additional tree care services unfortunately.

Northern Tree Experts did a terrific job of taking down several pines and a maple that were causing…read morerot and holes to my studio roof, which and resulted in mold damage to the walls. Kyle and his crew were efficient, personable and fast. A week later I asked them to take down a massive dying ash right next to my house that had put a hole in the siding with one of its dead, falling branches. I watched as they carefully took down huge limbs one at a time, so as not to damage the house. Once again they were super careful, friendly, and efficient. And they cleaned up all of the branches and debris when finished. Their pricing is very reasonable, too. Can't say enough great things about this company. They really saved me a ton of grief!
