When I first walked in, the receptionist was there and was talking to someone else and failed to say anything to me. Being new, I didn't know if i was suppose to check in or not or what to do. But after standing there and still being ignored. I finally asked and was told sit down. The waxer came out and just asked if it was me, and just walked off assuming I knew to follow her. Didn't say a word to me the entire time. Didn't ask how I liked my brows or anything. She did an ok job cleaning up my stray hairs and getting the job done.
