Our home is in Saanich BC. Jared Brokop (Brokop Roofing) and his roofers did an amazing job on our…read moreroof! They were professional, respectful of our property, and on time (8:30 to 4:30) as promised. The job was done in 3 days and looks great! Our roof is not an "easy" roof to work on (it has a very high slope), but they took it on and were careful not to "cut any corners" with safety. We had three estimates from three different roofing companies. Brokop Roofing was very competitive and provided us with full insurance for our roof. I do not hesitate to recommend Brokop Roofing to anyone looking for installation of a new roof.

The personal service included working with neighbors and troubleshooting pre-existing issues with work not done by them!! I hope to work with them again and would highly recommend them. Truly reduced the stress of a large remodel and I have the utmost respect for the team and the great communication that never wavered. Now that the job is over, I actually miss working with such a great team. Thank you for a really great experience and thank you for making such a difference to the beautifully remodeled home!!! This is major for us because we have had people who will take it upon themselves to add work and increase our bill. Mo was ethical and very hard working - I don't think I saw him take any breaks / or he took short breaks; needless to say, the work was completed quickly to accommodate another job we had booked. In terms of quality and work, the facia boards and gutters looked to be secure, stable, and look proper. Mo did not go above or beyond what was requested - which we appreciate. Mo will also communicate if something would be unsafe or if it is beyond his skillset. To complete 3 quarters of our house and our full shed / including delivery and clean up / it cost us around $5k - which to me seemed fair. We also asked he take additional garbage which contributed to this. I would definitely hire Mo again. He's very friendly and incredibly respectful / tidy. If you're looking for an ethical handyman who is efficient, communicates, and is hard working - Mo is your guy.
