Pulled up to tank and started pumping. It was then I realized that the pump price was 10 cents more than the street sign (for all grades). Not being a regular at Sheetz I thought maybe this was a rewards member price or a cash-only price. Finished the fill and drove off (so I spend an extra $1.10 on a tank, no big deal). Yesterday morning I pull in and what do you know, still 10 cents more. I went inside to inquire and spoke to one of the managers on duty. I asked why the price was different...and no, there is no cash only price. While he did not seem too concerned and confirmed that no other customer raised this concern he did offer to buy me a cup of coffee or refund the difference from last week. I told him not to worry, I just wanted to understand what was going on. I did see him go out and check the sign and the pumps. I passed the store a few hours later and noticed that the street sign price had dropped by 10 cents AND, swinging by the tanks, noticed the price adjusted correctly. I appreciate that the manager took the time to talk to me and to make things right. I can cut a little slack for the oversight as they have new people, but someone was asleep at the wheel...customers and employees. The convenience of the location and the price (for now) are a great perk for our neighborhood.

Plenty of simple foods, and a DQ on site. Wanted to shout out the fact that I came in just wanting a water, but not wanting to get a tiny plastic bottle or a fancy one. Got one of the big cups, fully expecting to pay the standard fountain price even though it was just water. The cashier waved me off saying water was free. Pretty nice of him, and great if that is policy. I'll typically use a foam cup many times before recycling, whereas single use plastics are much more problematic even when recycled. Thanks Circle K!

The first time half the bumps were out of order and took 20 minutes to full my tank halfway. If you're going to charge for air you better make sure it works and if it doesn't, then make it right!

I am an introvert, so less is more. The store is clean and always has a good music selection. I am not sure why the low ratings. I feel like for a gas station. They do a great job. I wonder if people realize how dangerous it is to work in a gas station, a lot of the complaints seemed to be people showing up at our hours of the day or night, and being surprised by the limited /slow service. A lot of gas stations won't even let you in the building before 7am and after 10 PM.
