Sunset Boulevard is one of the IT streets in L.A. County. So much history and so much to do. From the ocean to Beverly Hills to the Sunset Strip and beyond. Every kind of restaurant, attraction, hotel and on and on is here. You know the name. It's all here on Sunset Blvd. George Vreeland Hill

Sunset Blvd is where all the action happens, the Stars hang out (including me) and the serious movers & shakers have to visit during a visit to LA. With plenty to see & do from comedy clubs, upscale dining, shopping, and picturesque views there's no need to wonder why Sunset Blvd has been considered an iconic strip for decades. Be sure to snag a photo of the famous and beautiful sign. ~Christy

One of several gems of Los Angeles. Sunset Blvd hosts a wide array of lounges and bars. Open both in the AM and the PM, there are plenty of options when entertaining friends from out of town. Daytime usually allows for a relaxed vibe. Great poolside venues include the Standard and Skybar. A good dive bar to hit up is the Saddle Ranch. Evening time bring more options, and can accommodate varying tastes. At night, Skybar and the Standard become more exclusive, and sometimes you cannot get in unless you are on a guest list. The Saddle Ranch is still a good option in the PM. Cabo Cantina is another option, though the establishment is very small compared to the rest of Sunset. There are plenty of other venues as well: the Viper Room, the Whisky-A-Gogo (where my cousin played with his band a few times), the Comedy Store, and 1Oak, to name a few. Business casual will get you into most establishments, and enjoy a good meal at Boa Steakhouse, which is at the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

This is my favorite street in the world. There is nothing like crushing down Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles. There is no telling who or what you will see. It's just a fun place to be at all times whether it's the middle of the day or night! I love my 400th Yelp review is my favorite street in the world!

It was built by a former artist for Disney Studios and the builder, Lawrence Joseph worked on all of it for decades. There are adorable cottages and a view from the street is super. I think some of it may be occupied, I am not sure, so I did not venture far, just the front and back yard and stopped when I saw what looked like an apartment building. It is an LA Historical Landmark and just so cute. It is near Sony pictures. It almost looks like you are walking into a movie set. There is a great garden and a pond and it really does look like a Hobbit house. We were not there long, maybe 15 minutes and did not need to be. So, if you have 15 minutes and want to see a super cool house go take a peek.

These are people's homes aka the Lawrence and Martha Joseph Residence and Apartments, commonly known as the "Hobbit Houses," located in Culver City, California. The structures were designed and built by Lawrence Joseph, a former artist for Walt Disney Studios, starting in the 1940s and continuing construction for decades. Now surrounded by high rises it is difficult to land a parking spot but worth it to get a closer look. For a moment imagine yourself on a walk through emerald green grass & fields of wildflowers. And then look up & see these enchanting cottages.

The Original Farmers Market was such a blast. Coming from the East Coast, where farmers and flea…read moremarkets used to be everywhere before many of those spaces turned into condos, it felt refreshing to experience something like this still thriving in Los Angeles. What stood out most was how much there was to see and taste. I loved wandering through and sampling along the way. I grabbed empanadas from Nonna's, picked up stylish prescription glasses from Julian and his team at the Optical Market, and finished with a refreshing hibiscus tea to go. And that was just scratching the surface. There's truly something here for everyone--green juices, freshly shucked oysters, beignets, custom ice cream flavors, fresh butcher selections, and so much more. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend hours exploring. My only regret is not having more time to try everything. It's a great spot for tourists, but also perfect for a cute, easy weekend outing.

I was drawn to come check this place out since it has been around for quite some time. It seemed to have everything there: candy shops, baked goods, pizza, ice cream, fried chicken, burgers, deli's, salad, empanadas, seafood, dumplings.. the list goes on. If you are ever in the area and you want to grab a snack or a meal, this is a great place to visit. I think parking is free for 90 minutes if you get it validated by a merchant inside. I wish I had more time there, but I will definitely go back when in this area. I ate at Magee's Kitchen and my niece got pizza. Both were pretty delicious. Prices seemed a little steep to me, but that was expected. I bought some candy fruit slices for my sister. Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Food: 5/5
