A group of 22 of us had booked in for a cocktail class and couldn't of had a better time for €12 each we were treated to 3 different cocktails, one which we got to make ourselves. The staff were brilliant and getting everyone involved with party games. Then we all moved onto the Karaoke which is expertly run. There's plenty to keep you occupied here: pool tables, boxing games, etc. There are also TV's found throughout the bar. It appears that all the locals hang out at Coco's. While my friends and I were visiting the area, we bumped into the same people bothing nights we were there. There's a lot of outdoor seating as well. There's nothing really special about this place. There were two older gents having pints of Guinness on the patio when we came in, but the bar was entirely empty. We had a nice chat with the sweet and friendly Venezuelan bartender. Asked him how the season was going, he said "nonexistent." It's totally dead in the winter in Torremolinos, the beach party town. We didn't have any food that even, just two pints, one Guinness, one Stella Artois. Menu looked to be standard pub grub (toasties, burgers, chips - meaning fries - with things on them, etc.), note the chef is English, but the owner is Irish, and those two terms are not interchangeable, so we were told. There's a snooker table in the back, have always wanted to learn how to play, one of these days maybe. Apparently, there's a rather sizable expat community here in southern Spain, something about the perfect weather. We felt welcome and comfortable, def you should pop in for a pint.

Our reservation was for 1915 and we ordered sangria to start along with tapas. Both great. We then ordered a paella. My husband was still eating when the waiter came along about 2000 , (8pm) and said he was dropping the bill as they were closing soon due to it being a holiday for 'Father's Day' ; we didn't know that as for one , the restaurant took the reservation and sat us & next we aren't Spanish. They came by with the credit card machine .. started locking stuff up and told us we could stay. Rude and not okay.
