We hit a farm drain tile which was not detected. I was responsible for fixing that but their guys were very helpful as well. One of the circuits had some non-standard wiring in my house and one outlet was not re-connected. Unfortunately that was the outlet for the sump pump. My basement flooded and the furnace and water heater were a complete loss. I don't want anyone to have a complicated experience like mine but Icon was very honorable though out the whole situation. I also had a problem with some water in one of the solar strings which they were also able to fix. The only outstanding item is to get the drywall put back together in the garage. I was happy to have Icon when things did not take the happy path.

PS" Electricity prices are going to go sky high because of AI processing centers!! Solar been like having a sure CD over my 10 years. Solar is now cheaper than my 10 years ago. Don't fret because rebates were taken away stupedly. Your solar panels now are a good deal, you will get money credited to you during the summer from the utility.
