The doc and staff at Sunrise saved my sister's life. It may not be the Ritz but the doctors and staff are really good.

Horrible staff head RN cody in the sunrise mental health facility refused to transfer medication to an open pharmacy for a discharged patient. He yelled at me very unprofessionally stating what I would like him to do about it and that verbatim stating he didn't care if she had the medications or not. He then refused to call the on-call doctor. There was also a complaint I received stating that he made fun ona patient there asking the old woman if she knows kanye west from what was told to me he then proceeded after she said no that they have alot in common and proceeded to laugh at her. After receiving a complaint that one of the staff by the name of Afelia stated to the person under my care that if she was her daughter that she wouldn't be there. After I received the complaint they threatened her stating that if you mess with one of the staff you mess with us all and if you complain again well cut your poa off from phone calls. read more
