The worst gas station. They will steal your money. Which gas station doesn't allow you to get your…read moremoney back if you prepaid and did not use the entire amount? They said "we" never do that. Hm are you sure you're doing business in the USA where the laws prohibit stealing from customers ?! The shift supervisor claimed that it was their company's policy to do that. I asked for a written policy and he was unable or more like failed miserably to back up his "audacious" claim. Also blamed customer since it was their fault not telling them what type of a vehicle you're driving. Somehow if my car didn't need to use all 40 bucks of premium gas I just had to either forget about the rest of the money or drink it. Since the shift supervisor claim that it was Giant's company policy I cant help but think that Giant is in the business of stealing, ripping off customers, lying, and blaming. STAY AWAY.

Without hesitation, she referred us to Craig at St. Michael's Chevron. Upon visiting with Craig, he emphatically instructed his team to make sure our vehicle was ready by noon the next day - a day before we told him we needed to return to Oklahoma. The work was completed well before noon even, and the cost was very reasonable. Craig, the owner, was so personable, which I don't often experience with shop owners. He offered some helpful tips for our vehicle maintenance, asked about our travels and even recommended a great local restaurant! Great, quick, professional service!

I had a slow leak in a back tire that two other garages said was nothing--just a Toyota faulty gauge. So I dropped of the car at 8:15 on Saturday morning. They said they would have it ready in about 90 minutes--they were a bit busy. I walked home, showered, took the dogs for a walk and returned to pick up my RAV-4. Ready as promised with a screw which had been removed the rear tire. All good to go. I was charged $20, a great value. But most of all, this shop was honest, friendly and competent. I got the service I needed for a very fair price. Ranger is the mechanic and such a nice guy. We talked about his wife of 42 years who passed away last fall. He has a photo of this beautiful lady at his desk. I was super impressed with this competent and friendly shop. I don't live in Santa but visit here often and would definitely return. I am super happy to have found this tire leak before I head out next week on an eleven hour road trip.
