There was a mostly clean, single women's restroom--much appreciated especially with two little girls. I did not notice a baby changing station, though. Sorry moms. Out front I noticed ample parking at around 2PM, but I can envision this place getting super crowded during bigger holidays. But then again, maybe not because I remember gasping, rolling my eyes, & thinking to myself "yeah f***in' right $4.20 for unleaded." Pssssshhhh... The clerk, while nice to the old woman in front of us, was a bit cold and strange during our encounter. Actually, he talked to & looked at my girls more than he did me even though I was the paying customer in the outfit. Big f***ing red flag with me. Then he didn't give me a receipt. I couldn't believe some candy, two small pizzas, snacks, and four drinks cost me nearly $38, but there that is. I just wanted out and shuffled my girls in front of me back to my vehicle. There's also a dairy queen, and a few gas pumps, to round out anything you might need on your road trip! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I dropped by at an off time to use the facilities, and they had no problem with that. Everything was reasonably clean as well. Overall you can't go wrong with dropping by here on any road trip. Just give yourself some time because there is a lot to look at and shop!

They've got a few fun throwbacks inside, like weight and horoscope machines and classic candy boxes that'll make you feel like you time-traveled to the 1950s. Just don't expect much in the way of snacks or souvenirs -- the offerings are pretty minimal. And fair warning: those fortune machines might take your coin and your curiosity but won't actually spit out a fortune (mine's still pending). On the plus side, the bathrooms were clean, which is the real gold star of any road trip stop! Overall, it's worth a quick stretch, photo, and nostalgia fix before hitting the road again.
