You go up to the lady at the counter and request for it. She will bring it to the counter. For a shop like this, I was expecting that a request for the item to be wrapped up in a box would be normal. But no, they don't have boxes for some of their item. The lady did offer to go look for a suitable one in their store room but failed to find one that fits the item I purchased. I was also in a hurry so I said don't worry about the packing. Let's move on to paying for the item. I just want to pay and leave. It took another 5 minutes for that whole transaction to be completed. I do appreciate their friendliness and the varieties of trinkets they carry. However, their service was poor and I highly expected a shop carrying fragile products to have a good supply of packing material.
