They have removed their previous website outpostmarinegroup.com and have replaced it and rebranded but still owned by the same people who will scam you. They were sued, and they lost in court. This is how your dispute will end up. In court. Don't purchase your boat here. This group dumped their old google profile which had terrible reviews and created a new one to look like they don't swindle people. Also, most of the positive reviews are from associates of the company. Purchased this Bentley 2011 boat that showed up in terrible condition and a motor from 2006. Motor did not work, summer was ruined. Owner offered to fix some things but refused to return money. I am filing a lawsuit to get my money returned. Do not purchase or deal with this company, they don't operate honestly, nor do they work to fix the issue if you are from out of state. They will reply to your review as though they care, but they don't. Photos of boat condition included. Knew I was buying a used boat, obviously, website photos did not show any of this damage, rot, nor reflect that motor was 5 years older than the boat. Flooring is rotten, deck platform is rotten, radio doesn't work and on and on and on...

David was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and was with me every step of the way. When we found the boat, it did not even have have an outboard motor. Even with today's supply chain issues, the team at Nautical Ventures made it happen, had the boat prepped flawlessly within 5 business days of a signed purchase agreement! The team underpromised, and over-delivered - we will be on the water this year as opposed to next year! You really can't put a price on the ability to make memories today. Thank you for all your time an effort!

They take in used cars, shine them up a little bit and put them on the lot for sale without any major maintenance performed on them. I worked with Brian, the general manager, who is accommodating, and pleasant to work with. I do have words of advice for anyone who is considering buying a car from Imperial Motor Company. Do your homework and know exactly what it is that you're looking for. If something doesn't seem right don't bother questioning it because Brian will have a quick and reasonably logical explanation (it's called gaslighting). Take a deep breath and count to 10 and ask yourself is this something I could live with. For example, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had no spare tire and sensor lights that were illuminating on the dash. It was all explained away like, that's no big deal, an easy fix. But are they willing to fix the issue? Nope, it's up to you, which doesn't seem like a major circumstance in the excitement of the moment. There was an issue with the Jeeps AC, it needed a new accentuator which Brian ordered from Amazon while I was sitting there and had the part delivered to my home. Why in God's name wasn't this repaired before he even put it on the lot is beyond me. However, those little issues definitely turned into bigger ones as I began driving the car home, completely losing power in the middle of I 75. Fact is, I barely made it home and I live three hours from the dealership. You shouldn't feel completely anxiety ridden driving a vehicle that you just purchased for tens of thousands of dollars. Once I had a professional take a look, the list of issues were as long as I am tall so I decided the very next day to trade that car in for something that I felt safe driving. Before you sign that piece of paper that says, "AS IS" You better be certain that you can either live with the problems or be able to afford to have them repaired on top of their lofty pricing (for what you receive). When I contacted Brian he assured me that he wanted to make it right. At this point the only thing that would make it right would be to reimburse me for the money that I lost having to trade for a car that I felt safe driving to the tune of $4000. Completely my error for not walking away but somehow I felt that I could trust Brian, that he wouldn't let me drive off the lot in a car that was breaking down and that lost power several times on the way home. Let's just say that at my ripe old age of 65 I am still learning lessons the hard way. Shame on me. Save yourself the hassle, find a car at a reputable dealership where they actually service a vehicle before putting it on the lot.

I purchased a 2019 Key Largo Center Console boat from Factory Direct Boat Outlet 3 months ago. Let…read moreme start out by saying the boat itself has been great, the trailer and the customer service are worse then a dumpster fire however. 4 weeks ago, the Bimini top on the boat broke and I called the dealer and was told to bring it in as it was under warranty. Not wanting to take my boat in yet because I had a trip planned, I decided would wait until after my trip to take it in. The following weekend when I was prepping my boat to leave, I noticed that I had no lights on the trailer of my boat and found that the wires were completed rotted in half. Whomever wired the trailer did not use any type of heat shrink to protect the wiring, which makes zero sense for something being soaked in salt water. As I was replacing the wiring myself (because I didn't want the same type of workmanship) I was unable to run a wire down the passenger side of the trailer. Upon closer inspection, it was found that the trailer had been spliced together and the weld ground off to hide this. Might I also note, both inner fender wells came off and both bunks came off. Some where on the highway as well. Keep that in mind, this comes back to play in this situation with the dealer. So I called the dealer and cancelled my trip. I trailer the boat to the dealer and explained to them all the things that was wrong with this boat and trailer. They assured me they would take care of this and make it right. After a week and a half went by I called to check on the progress of the work and the told me it was complete and that I could come pick it up. I asked what they did with the trailer and the salesman stated that Geof Hoffman stated that there was nothing they could do with the trailer, as splicing trailers together is an industry standard. I explained to the salesman that this was unacceptable and asked to speak with Geof. He stated that he was in NY at the time but would have him give me a call the next day. Fast forward another week and half and still no call so I stop in at the dealership to see what is happening. The only person in the office is Geof, which is good because that is who I want to talk too anyways. Upon finding out what I am there for, Geof explains to me that he replaced the Bimini top but didn't have to because it wasn't under warranty. So seeing house my boat is less than 90 days old to me, I question why it wouldn't be under warranty. He stated that because I used the top with the boat under power it voided the warranty. I questioned Geof as to why he would assume that I had done as he suggested and he said "well you don't drive with the top up, everyone does that". I explained to him that I most certainly had not and didn't appreciate his comments. He told me that I should appreciate his efforts and that I could take the boat now. I asked him about the spliced trailer and he claimed that to be a industry standard and that he stood by the 1 year warranty on the trailer and that if I didn't like it, to have my attorney send him a letter and he will forward it to his attorney. I then asked him about all of the other repairs that weren't addressed on the trailer and he stated he knew nothing about them as they addressed with him. I asked him when I could expect that they would be completed and he stated in a few weeks. I explained that this was unacceptable and needed a better estimate. It was at this time the Geof became irritated and began getting frustrated and wanting to get louder and louder and told me to take my boat and get off his lot if I didn't like it. Needless to say, but Geof and I didn't see eye to eye on this and he called the Sheriff's Office because I wasn't going to accept him trying to rip me off. Once the S.O. arrived they looked at the situation agreed they could understand the frustration and ascertained from Geof what my options were with this trailer. Geof stated that I could contact Key Largo and address the trailer issues with them directly but he preferred I let his company conduct the work. The moral of the story is that dealing with Factory Direct Boat Outlet has been nothing short of a nightmare. These people are crooks when it comes to keep their words and standing by the products they sell. They are simply trying to sell you the boat and then not have to deal with you anymore. Geof Hoffman is the most unprofessional business person I have ever come in contact with. Warlock Trailers is whom they state is the builder of the trailer, but each search of the trailer on the internet comes back to Factory Direct Marine and RV. So I have been left to assume that this is their brand of trailer they make, since they will not address where the actual factory is that produces this trailer. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else then from this place and stay away from WarLock Trailers. There is nothing positive or good about this place.

What this company lacks in communication and professionalism they make up for in arrogance and stupidity. No one ever knows anything when you speak to them that is IF you can get a hold of them. Do yourself a favor. Purchase a boat from ANYWHERE and I mean anywhere but them. I'd buy a or from a shop called "Broke Boats - they won't even float" before I ever purchase ANYTHING from them again. Richard Johnson worked hard to get me a great deal on the boat. Now that the boat has been delivered i seem to be having problems with repairs. My trade in has not been paid off. it's been over 20 days. had to send a certified letter and report them to the state. Still not paid. Payment for a boat I no longer own was taken from my account. They have no clue how to set up or wire electronics properly. I spend hours fixing what was done. The gps compass was mounted next to the radar dome and will not calibrate. It has to be moved and the hole in the t-top repaired. Was told the trolling motor would be the correct size, took the boat fishing in 1 foot seas and motor was coming out of the water. Was told by Richard I have to pay extra. It was measured by Richard and was told the longer motor would be overkill, (have proof). The fuel tank is not set up correctly. Was set up as 65 gallon not 110. Calibration is off and fuel gauge will not read correctly. I had made a list of repairs for the boat including gel coat and motor vibration concerns, they had the boat for nearly 2 weeks and most of the concerns were not addressed. I had a planned fishing trip so I took the boat back. They dropped the boat off before all repairs were finished. I hooked up to my truck and found the trailer lights did not work. This was a supposed brand new trailer. I found a broken ground on the flat five connector. The trailer harness was already tampered with and connector was changed. I made the repair at my own expense. The trailer guides were missing that was another expense. The trailer vin I was given in my contract was not the trailer I was given. When I pointed this out they said the boat did not fit on that trailer. I am still waiting for the repairs to be made. It's really sad when you spend that kind of money with a company and this is how you are treated.
