I don't usually spend the night at Love's, there are other truck stops that I frequent, but I stayed at this one before and as of right now I'm getting a steer tire replaced. I pulled in, and there was absolutely nobody in either one of the bays, So I told the technician I needed a steer tire, and it's also a plus that my company has an account with them so I also get tire discounts. I feel more at ease when I see older technicians in the shops. Sometimes experience can't be beat, especially for important repairs. While I was waiting for my tire to be replaced, I went inside to the McDonald's. The employees there are some of the most polite employees I've ever met at a McDonald's in my life!!! Hahaha! I come thru here average weekly. I say I use Clorox wipes, I forget to mention I wore gloves that I just threw away. She calls me Nasty and tells me to get out of her store. I say you expect ppl to shop here with that treatment? She says absolutely not, now get out of my store, you nasty. So... yeah... Don't insult ppl, you don't know everything! And maybe let ppl use bathroom and let them wash their hands instead of yelling at customers for using a bathroom while they are in it.
