If you're very thin, then you might have Rachel Bilson Arms…read more I've filled up here 7 or 8 times because it's right on my way to downtown from my house (I usually take Genny to the 33). I'm not a fan of it at all and lately have tried to avoid it. This gas station is currently closed down. When it's open, it's always overpriced. The employees are usually indifferent and annoyed. This store is not my fave, but at least it's open late. This station shares space with Just Pizza on one side and Linguine's Italian Restaurant on the other side. It's an Italian sandwich! If you have a great singing voice, then you might have Keri Hilson Charms.

We all do very silly things, on occasion, and the other night, it was my turn…read more Rolling into this gas station/store , as the car started to act up, I ran inside and prepaid for gas and bought a quart of oil. Back to the car, I raise the hood to check the oil and am assaulted by the smell of sulphur and can hear gurgling noises coming from my car battery. This I know is very wrong. In a panic I jumped back in the car determined if the beast was going to die it would be in my driveway and not at the gas station. When I turned into my drive I realized I had prepaid for my gas and did not pump it. More and more businesses do not have listings in the phone book and it never occured to me to check my receipt for a phone number. Bad weather the next day and addressing issues with the battery, See my Sears reviews.....it was two days later I stopped in and spoke with the shift supervisor who took my name and phone number and said she would speak to the store manager and see what could be done. She also recommended I check my card statement and see if the people working noticed I didn't get gas and if they hadn't already adjusted the charge on my card. Add more bad weather and travel advisories and after printing my bank statement and yes, it settled for the full amount of the orginal charge, i just needed time to stop back in to the store. Today, on my way out for errands, I stopped back again with my supporting documentation and met a young, confident, friendly, store manager. He remembered the note and glanced at my statement and receipt and asked how I would like to handle the situation.!!!!! I nicely smiled and said that if he could reverse the charge, great, which I expected would be a pain in his eye. I also said I would be happy with either a store credit or gas for the same amount charged. He sincerely smiled and asked which I wanted. I said I'd take the petrol and he asked where I was parked and keyed in the amount, NO ARGUMENT AT ALL. I thanked him and asked if I could have his name and if he wanted to give me his supervisor's contact info so I could say something nice about him. He showed me on the receipt that there is a number for questions or comments. You better believe I am contacting that number next to give kudos to someone that not only gave me a positive experience but thanked me for how I handeled the situation! A customer for life is what they got! There are other nice shops attached, see my reviews..... A good place for fuel that boasts it is the same they use at NASCAR.... no bad vehicle performance hereas a result of buying their fuel.
