Initially, I went for a half cappuccino, half coffee. The cappuccino machine put out water so I went with the freshly ground hazelnut coffee. The coffee was really good. Gabi, I think that was her name, was very nice and check out was efficient. I went back to my car and needed to wash the windshield. I stopped in this location on the way down to Jacksonville from Savannah over the weekend and found this location to be really challenging to get in and out of. We pulled into the station around 10 A.M. which I suspect is right about the time they start getting a rush. Traffic was backed up on both exits and even more so getting onto the main road to get into the Buc-ees. Once you got in to the gas station, it didn't get any better with complete chaos in terms of traffic, pedestrian traffic and confusion about which way to enter the pumps. Inside as with all these locations, it was a complete madhouse as well. Aggravating, but ultimately not disimular from any other Buc-ees across the south and southeast. If you are stopping at this location, just plan to be here for about 30 minutes or more, depending on when you pull in. And by the way, there were other gas stations at previous exits that matched Buc-ees gas prices, so unless you are dead set on that barbecue "sammich", you might want to stop elsewhere if you're in a rush.

We were in a semitruck and paid for a reserved spot in the back. It's a bit of a walk to the main building but it depends on how far back you're parked. The reserved spots are closer. The inside is somewhat limited for space, which can occasionally create a sense of being crowded. A driver's lounge is accessible down a hallway that leads to the showers. There are a few slot machines as you enter the hallway, which almost seem to be an afterthought. A laundry area is equipped with four dryers and four washing machines, all of which require quarters for operation. While an online payment option may have been available, I was unable to get it to work. Be advised that the washing machines, being front-loading models, have an unpleasant odor. I decided to use hot water and hope for the best. The dining options include Popeyes and Fuddruckers. This particular location is one of only four Travel Centers that offer a Fuddruckers. I would certainly recommend trying a burger there. Although they are somewhat expensive, they are prepared to order and are delicious.

But the lines move well, the service is excellent, bathrooms are accessible and the place is clean.
