Now their coffee selection is usually one and they have half'n'half or French vanilla creamer with just sugar, but $1.25 for all that coffee (which is actually really good) is great in my book! I got the Italian Hoagie with lettuce and tomato (I live dangerously, with all the parasite talk, putting veg on my sammich lol) sweet peppers, jalapeños, mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar and pepper. There was slight confusion on my part standing at the counter for a few minutes until I realized there are kiosks. So I went to the kiosks behind the counter. Wrong kiosk. Then noticed the kiosks next to the counter. Ordered it. Got a ticket with an order # and scan bar with a price total. At the counter was a bowl full of peoples tickets, so I thought I had to give my ticket to her and pay. When the food was ready and I handed the server the ticket she said no, you gotta go to another kiosk to pay for it. So off I go back to the first kiosk I was at. Paid for it but had to have the manager help me figure out how to use my mobile app to get the points as there was no prompt on the screen to scan anything. So you just scan your phone at any time and it goes on your app. So off I go back to the food counter and waited again for the okay to grab my food and ask for a bag. The girl said ok you can take it now but bags are over there by the kiosk. Ok...I turn around sandwiches in hand and a nice customer was already heading towards me with a bag smiling like "I been there". He said if you ever get bowl with a lid, the lids don't stay on so make sure you tie the bag in a not over the bowl like this. (He showed me his bag). So I appreciated the kind man helping me lol. They don't really have the sweet peppers like we do but treat selections for lunch, dinner and breakfast. I would like to see the service level tick up more though, as compared to the ones accustomed to they are not to that level yet and that could mean some waiting time.
