To my surprise, I was told it cost $0.54. I always thought the charge covered the store's cup, not the ice. As I headed out, a younger male employee aggressively snapped at me, accusing me of stealing ice. When I explained I didn't know, he started insulting me, even making a nasty comment about my bald head. Totally unprofessional and humiliating. I tried to speak with the manager on several visits, but when I finally did, he told me I was banned for supposedly making "death threats." That never happened. I wasn't even allowed to explain what really occurred. On top of that: * Bathrooms are almost always locked. * Drink machines are shut off from midnight to 6 AM. * Hot food is cut off after 10 PM. Between the disrespectful staff and lack of basic services, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

They are large and safe with well stocked convenience stores and generally clean restrooms. I can get what is usually the best priced gas in the area, a hot coffee or a cold drink, and get back on the road and on my way. It was with all this in mind that I drove out of my way to go to this RaceTrac in Kissimmee. I needed to refuel and grab a drink. More importantly I needed the restroom. I was beyond shocked to see that while they were still selling gas, the inside was completely closed. According to a note on the door they were shut down due to a staffing issue. I can understand a mom and pop gas station being closed but not such a huge corporate gas station like RaceTrac. After reading other reviews I see this not a one time event. I saw numerous customers leave in disgust in just the few minutes I was there. I passed on the gas and headed back to the 7-Eleven where it wasn't as clean as I suspected but at least they knew how to staff it. It
