Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. When I walked up to the registrar, he said there is no difference if paid by credit or debit. Gas price is the same. Had another incident yesterday while was trying to use their vacuum. Then again there is a sing on the vacuum machine saying $1.00 for 3 min and $1.50 for 5 min of use. I fed the machine 4 quarters and it wouldn't start. When I walked up to the registrar, he said put another quarter and it'll start. Surely he knew the answer already. By the time I went back to the machine, the 3 min was over and I had to feed the machine again. And of course I was out of quarters. I went back to see the manager and complain about their dishonestly and incompetence to run a gas station truthfully and with dignity, but there was no one available. All I know is that it's not about a dollar or two from my pocket, it's the matter of principles and the fact that I'm certainly not the only one falling into there trap.
