I returned and had my receipt and amount paid indicated on account with my bank card. She parlayed to the manager Donnielle to whom which made me pay again, this time I had to pay in cash as the balance of my card was not enough now that they took the monies from me already. The manager stated the first amount would be returned to the card, it has not as of now. You removed the funds instantly, why not return them instantly? Poor business ethics. What if I did not have another 20 dollars available, what then? Why was I made to pay again regardless of the proof i paid prior? Not only was the worst experience with service I've had, the attendant couldn't even have the…read moredecency to pull out his air pod to apologize after overcharging me for gas, I went inside to pre pay that way the pump would stop at 15 dollars and I wouldn't over, instead, it kept going past fifteen and for almost all the way up to 20 dollars, when I went inside to ask what happened he said I still owed five dollars, I was appalled, I promptly paid the five more dollars and will never be returning. Maybe if he could focus more on customers rather than have AirPods in and watch Netflix he'd be better at his job. I'd give this place negative stars if I could

I had to wait for phone call for over 3 weeks, even so I stopped by a few times to ask for an update. Do not sign up with auto refill!!! They will fill up your tank in a summer and try to lock you up at the very high price for the winter. In a past 6 + years I've been dealing with Propane providers. This one is by far the worth. And on top of the total mess I've been trough with this location, they charged me 18% interest on my bill while I was waiting for their reply. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
