We never had trouble with Mod-Vet. They were amazing, came when we called & fixed any issue the 1st time, always. The boiler started shutting down all of a sudden & we had to use Economy, who we were grandfathered into with our Mod-Vet annual maintenance contract for service & oil deliveries. Very looooong story, 3 weeks later, they suck. Every tech they sent "fixed" the boiler & within a few hours it would break down again. Fix this, change that, 3rd tech blamed faulty part, drained, new filter blah blah blah, 3 weeks of this run around. Finally, exasperated, them with us & more so us with them, they sent a "supervisor" he tinkered around, arrogantly, acting like we're the problem not the 5 techs before him who never got to the root cause of the issue. He swore this was it, it was fixed. Sure enough 3 hrs later the boiler sounded like a freight train when it fired up, vibrating, rumbling so loud the house literally shook. We called Steve, the "supervisor" directly bc at this point we'd had enough & he couldn't be bothered told us that's the way its supposed to sound. He was rude, dismissive, condescending & quite frankly a total jerkoff. Fed up & furious we terminated our contract with this mickey mouse company run by donald duck because they absolutely suck.
