There is also a garage on the premises. One day my tire was going flat, and although I had to wait a long time, they put air in it for me. They really should have plugged the tire. He was at another pump so I hopped out of my car and stopped the pump myself, he saw me stop it and I told him that I asked for premium gas not regular. His response was "gas is gas" and restarted pumping the rest of my gas, but continued putting 87 in. I'm not one to get mad at people for messing up their job, but I recently got my fuel pump replaced in my car due to the same issue at another gas station. Overall I wouldn't have cared much if he had owned up and apologized for it, but the fact that he continued putting regular in even after I stopped and reminded him and told me that "gas is gas" makes me never want to come back to this place. Horrible customer service. P.S: I also waited for about 5 minutes watching him sit in the office before he finally approached me.

They act like they are doing you a favor by pumping your gas. The prices are usually higher than the gas station across the way, but that is not my major gripe. I just deplore the poor customer service. The location is convenient and easy to spot from the road. Usually pretty empty, but there is always a wait for the attendants to pump your gas. This place has been closed more than it has been open over the past five years. Sometimes they only have their garage open and no gas available for upwards of six months at a time. I have no experience with their garage, nor would I. Just go across the street or down the road for better service.

He put $25 of gas into my tank "on accident" since I didn't have more cash I offered to pay the difference on card. About an hour later I happened to look at my online banking app to noticed I was charges $25 by USA Gas station. Furious that I fell victim to a scam when I already was annoyed that I was not given the proper amount of gas, I went back to ask for my money back. When I got to the gas station, the man was inside counting money and did not even look up at me so I said "excuse me. You over charged me" the man was continuously rude and kept counting and telling me "one minute" so I threatened to call the police SINCE I HAD BEEN ROBBED. At this point the man, said "what is your problem" when I said I gave you $20 cash and you charged me $25 so I said you could put 5 on my card" he told me he remembered me. Then he insisted he only charged my card $5 so I showed him the charge on my phone. At this point he INSISTED he gave me back my cash. I took back out my phone and said that I was going to call the police and AS SOON AS I unlocked the screen and started dialing he handed me $20 and apologized. THIS IS A CLEAR SCAM.

They supposedly "fixed" my car but I had to bring it back 3 times for the same problem, and they were satisfied to make me pay each time for what they claimed they had "fixed" it. When I returned the first time, the excuse was "I only fixed one coil instead of all four. When I returned the second time, Jesus said, "You shouldn't have driven your car to Brooklyn, you should have brought it back to the shop as soon as possible, ...it could be anything, but I did fix it." When I brought it back the 3rd time, for the same problem, then they reported the problem was something else. I am a female in my 50s and I believe these youngsters were giving me the runaround. Consequently, I had my significant other call to speak to them. The bottom line is that they were more straightforward with a male customer, and the report was I "may need to replace the engine."
