I've used this store many times and never experienced this. The rudest person ever! When I…read morearrived, the male clerk was on the phone yelling. I handed him my lottery form to put through the machine. It did not work. So he said, " what is wrong with you, you don't work?" I ignored his remarks and kindly completed another one. It didn't work either. iThe guy yelled at me because his lottery machine wasn't working and then he decided to punch in something that was clearly not on the powerball form that I handed him. Mind you it was all quick picks but annual payments. The ticket he printed was wrong. Then he yelled more when I refused to purchase his misprint. I left. Individuals like him should take their personal issues home and not to work. This place will never get my business or those associated with me again. The clerk was an older male with one discolored eye. He may be blind but regardless his yelling and slapping the countertop is highly unwarranted. The right individual would not have responded so kindly. For his safety he may consider considering whom he speaks to in that manner. It was very threatening!
