Has the best beer selection close to campus. They carry a great selection of craft beers along with all of the cheap classics.

I said please have them call me Monday,no call. Call Tuesday said it would be an extra $199 for same day delivery or $150 for next day. I paid $150 for next day. No one showed up for delivery. I called at 5:30 was told they will still be out. Called again at 10:30pm and was told they would only come out if I paid an extra $250 emergency fee! What I already paid $150 fee for next day emergency and now they want another $250!! Then they tried to tell me next day means 72hrs before they come out! I am pregnant and have a 3yr old I have went 5 days now with no heat and no hot water. said they do not care!

And we have had SP's propane service for close to 20 years. When I went to pay their bill I was told I had to change the account into my name. No biggie! But doing so, you would think would be an easy task... NOPE, just the opposite. But once they got everything figured out and emailed me an Invoice for $0.00, I thought Hmmmm this company knows what customer service is...now that IS a frickin joke. I have received 3 different invoices since with all different totals on them. I contacted the Corp Controller and instead of messaging me back, the spinless guy passed it on to another person who passed it on and they passed it on again back to the local manager who doesn't understand customer service either. It always amazes me with companies get to a certain size who still consider themselves local small business model but run their shops like the big corporate companies do. I am a small business owner and IF I treated my clients the way this company does...I would be out of business. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO PROVIDE YOUR PROPANE GAS FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU ARE USING IT FOR.

After a conversation with Collett Propane, I have adjusted my rating. Collett stated that the…read morerevenue from the Tank Lease Fee is used to support a lower price per gallon. This is the "value" provided to those that pay the fee (see original review below for context). I still do not like such fees, especially when they are added after so many years. However, now I understand the value it is providing. I will note that the value provided by the Tank Lease Fee is provided to all customers through a lower per gallon price, while not all customers pay this fee. This creates the situation where those paying the lease fee are subsidizing the customers that don't pay the fee. If the intent is to offer a lower per gallon price by using fees, perhaps a fee that applies equally to all customers would be more appropriate? Original Review for context (1 star rating): Having been a Collett Propane customer for over two decades, I was shocked to receive a $60 bill for an annual "Tank Lease Fee". The tank has been in the ground for over 20 years and now I'm being charged a fee? What value is Collett propane providing to me for this money? The answer is simple: NOTHING! This is pure GREED! Shame on Collett for disrespecting their customers! You want to charge a lease fee for tanks? Reserve this fee for new customers. Don't punish your existing customers by taking our money and giving us absolutely nothing in return.
