Whilst We cannot comment directly on the review.
Whilst we agree that there were issues with this Customers Removal not all of the mentioned concerns are true and have been exaggerated.
1. True we did not attend the customers house on the 1st day to pack her belongings, though she did not report this until 5pm on the day. We sent extra staff on the 2nd day to compensate for this.
2. This customer was moving from Rented Accommodation so the missed completion dates were irrelevant.
3. This is untrue, all of our vehicles are supplied with Sofa, Dining Chair, Mattress Covers.
4. She was unable to claim for damages, as she did not report this until after the 7 days claim period which are in our Terms and Conditions. Her list of damages kept growing week after week, making this unbelievable.
5. Purely fictional -this certainly did not happen.
6. When packing a whole house, items are sometimes packed from different rooms into different boxes, due to the weight of the boxes, and only 1/2 filling boxes causes them to collapse under the weight of other boxes.
7. Purely fictional - this is linked to the damages claim.
8. We supply floor protector.
9. Nothing has ever been handed into our lost property.
10. This is to do with cleaning products that we packed. Which is irrelevant as she was moving from a rented property and was having professional cleaners come in.
11. As mentioned before, she was out of the Terms and Conditions time for claiming for damages.
