The best in childcare! Very professional and caring. There is a lot of activities for the children and the meals are wonderful for the kids.

I agree with the other person who left 1 star review. I had almost the exact same experience. This…read morebusiness is a monopoly piece for the owner. I notice negative labeling of the children's behavior instead of an attempt to show them how to act appropriately. They have one thing to teach at this age, social emotional skills. And this doesn't happen here. They would rather label children as a thief, bully, looser or popular instead of trying to teach all the children to get along and resolve conflicts. I removed my child from this school and although I gave them adequate notice they still tried to fine me. Still a year later my child is suffering from behavioral issues as they have been "trying on" what was done to them. Which could have been avoided if the staff was trained properly. When a staff member comes to me and reports the issue and tells me they don't know how to deal with it, maybe the owner should invest some of her money into training staff how to deal with these situations instead of opening a sandwich shop. They get grants for the parents to get free child care why can't they get grants to get their staff up to date on training? They are lucky I haven't taken them to court for what happened to my child there.

During drop offs he would cry (as most of our babies would) teacher Jessie & Teacher Ari would always console him just as I would. I felt no fear dropping him off for long periods of time and eventually he was attending pretty full time. The entire staff was so welcoming, exceeded all my expectations. If you're on the fence about sending your little one here while you work or even just half days so your child can gain school experience, I'd say you have nothing to be afraid of. They use an app called bright wheel & send you photos and videos pretty frequently. I loved seeing my son learning in the classroom setting. When I had questions I'd use the app to ask, or check on him and they responded very quickly. I can go on and on, about what an amazing experience we had with this school.

Michelle is the best caregiver any parent could hope for. Our son brings home projects every day. They explore and learn through music, dancing, art, books, walks, and so much more. They even raise real butterflies and release them outside. My 2-year-old knows more about metamorphosis and chrysalises than I ever did. - Michelle is licensed for more children but chooses to care for only three at a time. This allows each child to receive exceptional attention and care. Smaller group also means significantly fewer sicknesses for kids. We have friends in bigger daycares and their kids seem to be constantly sick. Michelle is very diligent with cleaning and health issues and our son has been sick only a handful of times in 2 years. - Michelle has also been an amazing partner for us as parents. She helped us navigate so many milestones. Potty training was incredibly easy because of her! We trained at home for one weekend, and then she took over at daycare - and our son was potty trained. Our family feels incredibly fortunate to be part of Michelle's program. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough.

She has created an amazing environment for babies and toddlers to learn, grow, and play. We knew our daughter was always safe and well cared for when she was with Michelle, and even more - it was evident that Michelle cares very deeply for all the children she watches. Our daughter learned so much while with Michelle and she helped guide us through so many pivotal developmental milestones. It was important to me that we felt like she was getting individualized care and that was very much the case with Michelle. She is licensed to care for more children but only takes three at a time meaning each child gets so much love and attention. We are so appreciative and thankful for the time we had with her!

On her page, it says she open until "late PM" which is a lie. When I was working at crush, I had to get my son by 5:30pm or I'd be charged extra. She's also trying to double dip with wanting "cash up front" and then also get paid through NCO or CalWorks. She's a great teacher and I kind of respect her but she's screwed me over for my summer classes and my son out of his friends and his favorite daycare.

I found it hard finding a place to put my daughter in I wanted routine, consistency, and someone who actually cares about the education of her little ones. Catherine has a huge heart and will answer any questions you have leaving you feeling safe, comfortable, and secure about your decision! My daughter comes home everyday bringing something home with her we have lots of arts and crafts hanging up all thank you to Catherine. My daughter has progressed tremendously with her counting and communication. Everyday I ask her how was school and we talk about what she does and she loves talking about her school time and her teachers. The communication is super important and any time My daughter is disciplined one of the teachers always tells me so I can also handle that at home. I feel involved and I never feel like I'm bothering Catherine when I want to know something! She is very professional she has her rules which are not that hard to follow Catherine has her own personal life but she will always work with you if you give her a heads up she will more than accommodate.

Holli's Family Child Care

I do not recommend this day care to any one who cares about the well being of their kids. I…read moreunfortunately trusted Holli with my three beautiful children. Not only did she pick my babies up by their rists causing their shoulders to pop, but she would not take the time to heat a bottle for my small 9 month old baby at the time. She said that my baby was refusing to eat although I repeatedly asked her to heat the bottle. I was told that she tried everything yet I could not figure out why I would get my baby back with her bottles nearly full. When I asked her if she was reheating the same bottle I was told that she got a hold of her sisters bottle while they were unsupervised. Keep in mind her idea of healthy snacks is tortillas, processed cheese, and dried baby food snacks any thing that won't leave a mess for her to clean. She also left my 2 year old to sleep up on her daughters bunk bed where she fell from the top. My 7 year old son is medicated for ADHD and I had requested that she give him a healthy snack and take it easy on him as he was coming down off his medication after school. When my son begged her for a break she told him he was arguing and forced him to climb stairs with his back pack full of books. Lastly she posted pictures of my children against my will and bad mouthed my family on social media lying that I "needed to get ready and didn't want to clean the mess" when ACTUALLY I put my baby in her filthy high chair ( I cleaned on my own) to eat avacado and sweet potatoes with apple knowing that would probably be the only thing she was fed all day. Granted I know my children can be difficult but not to take the time to feed a baby, leaving a two year old on the top bunk, and not hearing a child cry for a break was uncalled for. Please don't be fooled by her words on her website. She is very manipulative, intelegant and well spoken. Keep in mind that a perfect house does not make a perfect home. I could go into further detail but this post is not out of vengeance yet out of concern for other children that may be left in her care.
