AVOID this
caravan park. DON'T waste your time or
money staying here. This site
is very visible on approach; it stands out like a large blot on a beautiful
landscape. As we travelled over the railway,
the park appeared in its full glory and we couldn't quite believe our eyes. Our first thought was that we had arrived at
a wrecking yard for deceased caravans, expecting to see a wrecking balls finishing
of the crumbling wrecks. As we had
paid before arrival we went past the refuse lorry and in to the reception, to
be greeted by a frosty receptionist, received the keys and went to find our
allocated wreck. There are no pathways,
so after wading through mud, we found our grubby, dated abode. Throughout
the day & in to the evening feral children run wild without supervision. The early hours of the morning are even
worse, as the clubhouse doesn't adhere to normal licensing hours so you have
drunken revellers'' banging on windows and doors on their way home. The only
saving grace is the lovely beach, but site owners allow vehicles to access the
beach it is dangerous for young families. AVOID this
caravan park; there are others along the coast that are much better. It would
be hard to find a worse one. read more
