We were so nervous about sending our daughter to a new daycare at such a young age, but Germin and Miriam have been amazing!

It took me almost 7 minutes just to explain my name, and my children's name. Moving on, she explained to me that they had an "infant A room and an infant B room" she explained that the infant A room only had Tuesday and Thursday availability but the B room has full availability. She explained that as for my 3 year old there was complete availability. About 2 minutes after, she then stated that she was confused and that the center DOES NOT serve infants and does not even have any infant rooms and that the youngest room she could start is the "penguin" room and that my 3 year old could he put on a wait list bc the 3 year old room was suddenly full. Im sorry but this woman was a complete IDIOT. How do you not know your school doesn't have certain class rooms? How do you just forget rooms are full after you just said they have complete availability. How are you going to advertise infant care on yelp and not have it? This was so completely unprofessional.

My kids have been enrolled in Sunshine from their Pre-K years. They have wonderful memories of attending class there. They have been part of the after care program for years. We trust the staff wholeheartedly. Summer camp is also something the kids look forward to. Before the pandemic there were weekly field trips! Fun experiences...even the parents got to volunteer and join! Thank you, Mr. Ryan, Miss Keelan, Miss Jackie, Miss Blessy, Miss Chandler, and the counselors for taking such great care of our kids and treating them like your own.

My daughter is only 19 months old, and the growth we've seen in her since starting here has been incredible. She is already so advanced for her age, and I genuinely believe that's a direct reflection of the thoughtful curriculum and the intentional, nurturing environment the school provides. What really sets this school apart, though, is the staff. Every single teacher and team member we've encountered is warm, attentive, and deeply invested in the children. They don't just "watch" the kids, they engage with them, encourage them, and celebrate their milestones like they're their own. A special thank you to Ms. Sam and Ms. Maddy, who care for my daughter so thoughtfully each day. They have made such a meaningful impact on her growth and happiness. I also want to recognize Michelle ("Shells"), who helps run operations and has been an incredible asset to our family. Her support, communication, and presence do not go unnoticed. There's also such a strong sense of community here. From day one, we've felt welcomed and supported, and it truly feels like my daughter is being cared for by an extended family. Knowing she is safe, loved, and thriving every day gives me so much peace of mind. I'm beyond grateful we found this school and would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a place where their child will be nurtured, challenged, and genuinely cared for.

They treat my girls as if they were their own. Every day, our oldest daughter comes home happy, confident, and eager to share what she learned that day! Overall, we love it here and are so thankful for TLE!

At this point, I was hoping I wouldn't have any doubts. Jeni literally made me have faith again! My daughter loved going to her and being in her care. NEVER had any negative experiences and Jeni was so flexible with our schedules when COVID started. The staff is also so loving and nurturing. Ms. Jeni will always be my referral for anyone looking for affordable, reliable, trustworthy, in home daycare! Thank you for everything Jeni!

In addition to our children, when we became a foster (resource) family at the beginning of 2020, with just a couple of days' notice, Jeni was able to accommodate our request to also care for our newest addition - a one-month old baby. Jeni's Little Tykes provides our children a consistent and fun daily schedule. They enjoy creative crafts and play, socialization, fundaments, and healthy foods. In addition, Jeni provides organized pajama days, holiday celebrations, and more! As working parents, Jeni's hours are convenient. During the pandemic, Jeni has put in place additional precautions and safely measures. At the beginning of the pandemic, our 4-year old's preschool closed for two months. Immediately, Jeni suggested that our 4-year-old come to her program, which was a blessing. When that preschool reopened, we felt that the smaller daycare program, with limited number of exposure to individuals outside of our family, kept our us safer thus we kept our 4-year-old with Jeni's Little Tykes. We have also decided to keep our 4-year-old with Jeni until kindergarten next year, as things still seem to be too uncertain to enroll in public school this year. Jeni and her team are wonderful and we know every day that our children are being cared for and loved.

From our very first day, the guides welcomed us with warmth and reassurance, and the calm, structured Montessori environment immediately gave us peace of mind. The anxiety we had about leaving our infant in someone else's care quickly disappeared. Our first child has grown up here -- starting as an infant and now preparing for preschool age. Seeing the independence, confidence, and curiosity they've developed has been amazing. We were so impressed by the experience that when our second baby arrived, there was no hesitation about where to enroll them. What we appreciate most is the true Montessori environment: thoughtfully designed classrooms, guides who encourage exploration and independence, and a nurturing approach that supports each child's growth socially, emotionally, and academically. Guidepost Copper Hill has become more than just childcare -- it feels like a second home for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent, especially first-time parents searching for both peace of mind and a place where children can truly thrive.

New families BEWARE!…read more I would not recommend this facility to anyone! Please look up licensing violations about this facility as there has been multiple! Including a child being spanked on the buttock and dragged by the ankles by an assistant guide. They have no cameras and very high turn around in assistant guides. Our kids are both finally back to their happy selves now they no longer go to Guidepost. They would beg to stay home, and ask teachers to call me daily asking me to come get them as early as 10am.... I have had to since put my daughter in therapy as she is so traumatised by her time at Guidepost. My daughter went into TK completely unprepared... a major criticism with Montessori and unfortunately it is true! There is much better actual Montessori preschools in the area where the kids actually learn and where they do not prioritise profit over children's wellbeing! My daughter learnt very little at Guidepost, even my son who has been at a public preschool since he was 3 would come home singing songs, be able to identify letters and numbers, bring home multiple pieces of artwork and papers on what he has learnt daily. When my daughter who was at Guidepost since she was 2, we took her out at close to 5 knew nothing!! I'm very curious as to what they actual did there all day. Transparent Classroom the website they use to post pictures was updated once a month with 1 photo.. and would be something to lines of spreading cheese on a cracker or washing a window. Please do your research you do not want to experience the mom guilt i have for sending my kids here !!! Also might want to do some further research on Guidepost Montessori.. i was so horrified knowing they had kept us in the dark so long!! Which is why it took 4 months to receive our deposit and it wasn't even the full amount. Extremely disappointed!

We could not be HAPPIER with our choice of Northpark Montessori. We wanted a safe and caring environment that would help our child grow and learn. Frankly, we wanted our child to be happy first, learn next. We got that and so much more. We saw our child grow on every front. Social skills, academics, arts, sports ... and most importantly building confidence, being happy, and healthy. There are a thousand things that have be done right, and the awesome staff at Northpark Montessori are always on the mark. The caring and hands on leadership of Ms.Rushani and Ms.Jay has created a place where both kids and staff are succeeding every day. What has really mattered is how they sensitively deal with challenging situations, which can be quite common with the little ones. I recommend that you visit Northpark Montessori and judge for yourself. Special thanks to Ms.Rushani, Ms.Jay for being the perfect partners for our child's early schooling.

As he grew older and able to communicate more with gestures, he would direct me away from the school when I was driving to drop him off. He would have severe meltdowns at drop off every morning. Initially, I thought it was separation anxiety and continued to encourage him to go to the school. After the director and teacher complained that he was too advanced for the two-year-old class at two years old they placed him in the three-year-old class. (I've since learned this is a common thing in this type of school) They then began to complain that he was not meeting the expectations developmentally. We were told he was choosing to go to the bathroom " outside of the scheduled bathroom time" which is insane considering he is two years old and potty trained. He should be able to go to the bathroom whenever he feels like he needs to. We were being told that we didn't " discipline" him enough at home, given there were two of us (which also wasn't true because my son's father was deployed at this time). We hired a behavioral therapist company to work with him in the program, which is when we discovered that the teachers and director at the school were treating my son horribly. Multiple staff members from our behavioral agency noted that they were making disrespectful and rude comments to the children. Asking the therapists if they can make my child "shut up" & Placing inappropriate expectations on them that were outside of their developmental appropriate age. The director herself lied directly to our face saying the teachers were using resources that we provided to support them, such as timers for transitions and token economies for following directions. We were told " we don't really do that here, but we will to see if it works" when we pulled our child out of the program due to our agency, calling us with severe concerns of maltreatment (the ABA company genuinely called and said if you can remove him from this school tomorrow you should), we requested our items back. Then we were told by the school they didn't even have these items anymore (which is crazy because 24 hours prior they lied directly to my face saying they were using them daily) If I could scream from the rooftops not to bring your child to this program, I would. If not only for the safety of your child's mental health. It took several years for my child to be able to trust schools and adults again. He would absolutely shake in terror around anyone with a British/Indian accent similar to Mrs Rushani. He's now in first grade at a public school in general education and thriving thankfully. He required a lot of love and understanding to trust school again. It was a long recovery from the treatment he received at this horrible school. 0 stars.
