Shortly before my mother passed she invested her IRA money, $50k, with Matt and his real estate company, she was also an employee and his mom's friend. When she passed her IRA account and the note was left to me and my brother. He was supposed to be making monthly interest payments into this account which he was either late or past due all the time. Per the loan, I requested it to be paid in full, he had 60 days to repay it. I requested that back in March 2023. So far I've only been paid half and still have past interest due. My brother also requested his portion over 60 days ago and Matt Fetick has paid nothing to him. Matt Fetick refuses to pay his debts, lies about the reason, and ignores emails, phone calls, and text messages. Hopefully this saves someone else from investing their hard earned money with this company. I wouldn't trust him to sell or help purchase a home for me.

I am a first-time buyer and she has zero patience for questions and teaching. She's a perfectionist and never admits to a mistake. I found two typos in the initial paperwork and she said she didn't see it after I told her. Well, it's because she fixed it afterward. After our first phone conversation, I wanted to switch to another title company, but since the selling of the house involved my father and I didn't want to delay him, I decided not to do so. When we went to settle in person, the negative attitude was still there, but my dad knew that coming in and stood his ground. She was blaming the mortgage company for making a mistake as to why we had to be there for nearly five hours. From my past experience with the other two mistakes, I wonder who really made the mistake. I highly recommend not to do business with her unless you want to be treated like Cinderella.
