Super reliable and professional service. Arrived timely and courteous driver and clean and new SUV.

We had Kenny drive us this past Saturday for a day at the vineyards and he was INCREDIBLE! Super punctual, very kind and very generous. My father is a private commercial driver so i have high standards around situations like these and Kenny surpassed them all. He was also very transparent with where he would be parked, how we could get in contact with him, and very quick to respond to text messages. He also loved the music I was dj-ing which is an ego boost when we decide to go out east again for a vineyards day I am positive me and my girls are going to absolutely request to have Kenny again. Really took the worry out of finding a designated driver and he was just all over a trustworthy, reliable guy. Sunny Limos did us right! read more

Highly recommend Sunny Limo for any type of party or event. I hosted my sister's bachelorette party and planned a tour of several wineries in the North Fork. Ken was our driver and he was great! He suggested stopping by the beach to take a photo of all of us, which was really sweet. He has a lot of knowledge of the area and he was really helpful in keeping me on schedule and on time. He would text me to let me know when we should be finishing up at each winery and onto the next. We were super impressed by the service. Highly recommend booking Ken at Sunny Limo! read more

We had great service driving to and from East Hampton. Both Tom and Ken were friendly, helpful and very safe driver.

From initial quote, through reservations and service, Sunny is truly one of the best. Darrin was an incredible driver, safe, restful and knowledgeable of the area. We utilized the service for a wine trip and had the best experience! Ask for Darrin!!! read more

I used Sunny Limo for a wine/city tour. I was super impressed from the 1st call to book the limo until we ended our day trip. Ken is an amazing driver. We visited 2 wineries, The Lobster Roll and the lighthouse in Montauk. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable of the area and made us all feel extra special. I asked if he would mind stopping at a store so we could grab some snacks for the next day and he offered to do the shopping for us! It was truly an amazing day and I feel we owe it all to Sunny Limos and Ken! read more

Super impressed with the overall service we recently received. First, office staff was extremely helpful, the price was very reasonable, the limo was fantastic and the driver (Pete) was very nice. Our reservation was confirmed via email and then confirmed again over the phone the day prior to our event and our driver called upon arrival, which was all very reassuring. Limo/car services can vary and not everyone can be as lucky to find such a good service, so I'm happy that we did and we will be using this service again in the future. Excellent! Thanks! read more

Requested an 11 o'clock am pickup to head to the airport and they were a no show. Completely threw us for a loop. Didn't get a call from them to tell us they were late or couldn't come or anything at all. Just a no show. Unacceptable read more

Great Customer Service Report.... so I made an early morning booking to be picked up by Sunny Limo in East Hampton back to JFK to catch my flight. The nice lady I spoke with took my request but the paper stuck to another and somehow did not get entered into the system. Human error, it happens I get that. It is how she handled the situation when I was panicking and did not know how to get to my plane that won me over. She resolved the situation, took great care of me and I am now the biggest Sunny Limo fan on the planet. Book EM! Julie - Austin read more

Everything went perfect. I had to book last minute to get from the airport to my house. The office staff(especially Cara) were extremely helpful, calling multiple times to correct information that I had misgiven. (I had gone out of town for a close family member's passing and was obviously not thinking correctly when giving information, but they solved everything.) The driver (Danny) was professional and nice during the trip, and the car was clean. I highly recommend Sunny Limo for any service. Their service area is huge, and covers Long Island and NYC. I will be returning to them in the future for any transportation service I need. read more

RUINED OUR TRIP!!! Spent over half an hour on the phone making reservations for a very early pick up to JFK. Day of the trip, no driver. I called the company and a very unconcerned service rep told me she had no such reservation. She really could not have cared less. We raced to the airport praying we didn't miss our flight. Then the next day, another rep e-mailed me how very sorry she was and told me our return trip from the airport would be free. When I told her we drove ourselves, she told me she just assumed we would get a ride from someone else. At 4:30 AM!!! Well she said next time we need a ride it will be free. Yeah like I'm ever going to count on them again. read more

We recently used this service to pick my husband up at the airport and bring him out to the Hamptons. They were wonderful. Booking the reservation was very easy, there was an immediate follow up by email, and a confirmation by email the day before the pick up. The driver found my husband very easily at the airport and was a very good and safe driver. It is nice to find a place we can rely on out east, and that there is a service that provides such professionalism, in particular when one very much needs the drivers to be on time and to drive safely. I definitely recommend them. read more

I was quoted $190 plus gratuity from JFK to South Hampton via town car, I later changed to SUV. I was not advised of rate change for SUV or extras, parking, gas etc. Sunny charged $394 to my cc. and argued that that I should have assumed SUV was extra. Unethical outfit read more

Sunny Limos saved our bachelorette! The customer service was above & beyond what I would have expected. Kym went back and forth with me for weeks coming up with numerous ideas & price ranges for different packages including wine tours, lunches & transportation for my party of 15. She was incredibly patient & gracious, even when I last minute decided to go with a company who I believed to have better pricing only 3 days before the weekend. It turned out that the other company was a scan and Kym was able to get us into a car with less than 5 hours notice! I would recommend this company to any one who needs help planning a great series of events of just a ride! Thank you! read more
