Karen had an adorable, fairy themed room and specialized in trigger point therapy, and Rada's and Mike's rooms were not as busy, and they did regular deep tissue. All were good. Make sure you book in advance because he's one of the best for deep tissue massages! If he's not available, I recommend Evelyn, shes such a sweet heart but watch out, she will find those sore muscles. There's also Jaimie who will find and break down those annoying muscle knots to get you moving back to normal again. The last but not the least among my picks, is Kody aka Little KoKo, who's like an annoying little brother that got side hustles everywhere -- he should be happy he made the list...jk bud; he's real good as well! I have had deep tissue massages by about eight different therapist all but one therapist I would rate above average. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage by Cassandra. She was excellent. Sometimes female massage therapists can't quite get deep enough on a deep tissue. Cassandra had no problems. I rebooked with her in two weeks. It was that good. I booked my partner at the same time slot with Jesse. I have had him before and he is very good. Overall, if you go REGULARLY, the membership is definitely worth it. If not, just grab their à la cart services. I continue to be satisfied by their membership program. It motivates me to keep booking and take good care of my body.

My sister's massage was given by a masseuse named Johnathon, who was rude throughout the service. That alone should never happen in a spa environment. To make matters worse, the front desk staff treated my mom poorly when it came time to pay. The payment and tipping process was strangely complicated, and instead of helping us understand, they were dismissive and completely unaccommodating. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. On top of everything, the massages were cut short -- something that, based on other Yelp and Google reviews, seems to be their consistent MO. Unfortunately, our experience aligned exactly with what others have already reported. Overall, this place lacks professionalism, courtesy, and transparency. We definitely won't be returning and recommend others look elsewhere for a respectful, relaxing experience.

The environment is very relaxing and peaceful. I understand its meant to be relaxing. But whoever decorated that place did a fantastic job with the decor. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Tina. She had a warm personality with a friendly smile. I ended up getting the full package I think. I got a facial (first one ever) , massage and a salt therapy treatment. And they all were very very relaxing. Tina did a great job balancing communicating with me during the full experience about what she was doing and when since it was my first time. I was a little nervous. But the atmosphere and her friendly personality put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my experience. One of the best things I enjoyed was after my treatment. Some people are pushy trying to sell you their products when you visit their business. Not tina.. she asked me how I enjoyed it then told me it was available for purchase. Not pushy not aggressive.. I kept me completely in my relaxed state of mind. My next visit will be soon. And I can see myself calling for appointments after rough weeks at work. I was completely relaxed and my mind was at peace the entire time I was in her shop. And that's the goal right?
