Jackie is so nice and very cool and confident in a take-charge and this-lady-knows-her-shit kind of way. She was recommended to me by a friend whose hair always looks great and I wasn't disappointed either. Price was only $20 more than what I used to pay for my guy when I lived in DC and she didn't give me a wullet. Instead of being suicidal, I was only mildly distressed for about an hour after the huge change and that's huge for me ;) But now I LOVE IT and I don't want to go to anyone else.
