I came in and they did my eye exam, messed up my contacts order but they fixed it after calling them and about a week later I got my proper contacts but they did not call me. I had to call and ask and supposedly, it had arrived a couple of days ago. Already a bad start but at least I got what I needed. As far as the staff goes, they weren't very friendly or helpful. As I recall, the lady helping me order my contacts kept getting personal phone calls and she would come back and start on my order again. They were irritating things but nothing compared to their billing system. A few months later, I received a bill from their headquarters saying that I owe them some money. I went thru my insurance website and found that I had gone in too early so they have denied a claim so fine, I guess I'll have to pay that portion. Then when I called their HQ, the lady explained to me that I needed to pay the taxes and remaining fees for the contact lenses my insurance did not cover. As far as I can remember, I did not have to pay so much extra money when I went to Pearl Vision the year prior to coming to Crown Vision (same insurance, it's upgraded so I wouldn't pay so much out-of-pocket). But I told her to give me the grand total and I paid it over the phone with my debit card thinking I can now feel relieved to not owe them any more money. So, today I received yet another bill from this office (Maplewood) saying that I owe them another $150 and the date of the bill is June 30th! Really?! I paid my balance on the 22nd of June and even got a receipt from their HQ but yet when I called the Maplewood office, the woman who answered the phone tells me that my $210.25 payment is not showing up in their system. However, their bill reflected a $43.00 payment on the same day I made my full payment. How is it that I make my payment to their HQ where the bill said I should send or make payment to and their system does not get the proper communication and end up wanting me to pay them more money? So I called their HQ yesterday using the same number I used in June and I can't get through even though it was only 3:30 in the afternoon and the message said they close at 5pm. I am very frustrated by their whole system and this company altogether. It's causing some very unnecessary stress in my part and I will definitely not be coming back! Today, I called again and someone finally picked up the phone and called me back after they made sure everything was fine (Note: I left a voicemail yesterday when I got tired of calling them over and over but never got a call back). Then she told me that they had a glitch in their system that they are just now taking care of and she apologized. Nevertheless, this whole ordeal has caused me sleepless nights and I just don't need this kind of mess.

I felt like once they had my money, the experience deteriorated greatly. If you're in for a one-stop shop and a nice variety of glasses, this place is great. If you're looking for sustained customer service, maybe try a different vision center. As a follow up to my previous review- I went to a new eye doc who was horrified at the vision and fit of the contacts that this doctor had let me walk out with. I had returned a few times insisting my eyes weren't comfortable but this doctor insisted I wasn't "used to the brand." In hindsight I am completely disappointed at the money and time I wasted here. I would discourage anyone from doing more than purchasing glasses here.

The…read morepeople that run this store must be geniuses at hiring, because both times that I have been in (once to buy a phone, once to make the insurance claim and get a loaner phone when I broke a phone) the service has been personal, rapid and over-the-top convenient. The two clerks that served me were both dressed impressively (TIES!) and knew their products-- asked good questions and made good recommendations. When I broke my phone and needed a loaner, they immediately logged me in to one of their workstation to help me report the insurance claim, and then, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops, no game-playing, gave me a decent loaner phone (a Smartphone comparable to my own) to get me through until my new phone arrived. I couldn't believe it. The service was so earnest and prompt and intuitive. I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you have found wireless stores/clerks to be a pain. This store is a breath of fresh air. I hope the management/ownership of this store sees this!

I am a bargain shopper and I never get anything but kindness from the staff as I hunt for good deals. Snootiness is not an issue here! The staff at this particular location are excellent and helpful. The brand itself caters to the more curvaceous body type that is hard to find a good fit for at places like Forever21. The price bracket is a little higher but the clearance often has additional 50% deals going on that make it very affordable for me. I love me a good bebe sale!

In fact they told me multiple things that were done but weren't actually done at all. He was able to get my phone up and running and did almost everything I needed. The phone call with AT&T support accomplished nothing and everything I was told by them was wrong. I will never again trust talking with the support numbers as long as there are knowledgeable employees such as Adrian at the Belleville Crossing store, in Belleville, Il.
