I did not go to pick them up on Friday and went instead on Saturday afternoon. When I went to collect them I was told that while trying to fix them, they managed to snap the bridge and now they needed to send them to a shop specialized in titanium welding and that they would charge me for the damage. Apparently the insurance only covers for 70% of the cost of the repair and the remaining 30% would be my responsibility (+- 9€). Let's see: you break my glasses, do not call me, I stay without glasses for a few days and also you charge me for the damage and I spent 150€ with you for the glasses 9 months ago?? This is NOT professionalism and customer service. ------------------------ Update: Since this review was published, Opticalia contacted me and fixed my glasses for free. It's a shame I had to go to these measures to get a fair solution. They were making espadrilles inside the store and one of them came up as I entered the store. She was able to speak English as well and I tried on two sizes of the design that I liked. I wear mens US 11, she recommended EU 44. Tried it on, but I do have a wide feet and it was too tight. She did mention that over time, espadrilles will stretch out, however, I chose to go one size up to EU 45. Fit perfect! Some of the designs were not available in my size but I was lucky enough to get the espadrilles that I liked. They are very comfortable and reasonably priced for hand-made shoes. Can get tax refund at the airport as well! But I recommend to get the refund to the credit card if paying with a card. The store must be very popular to Korean tourists as well. Store owner was able to speak somewhat Korean! It was interesting but yet good shopping experience.

My 2nd Pikolinos Made in China, was a return, after 4 hours of standing, bought at a high end shoe store in Portland. RETURNED IT. ALL my Pikolinos were Made in Spain. That is why, I was buying another. It took me a long time, try it on, walk on them, to make a decision. I only have room in my luggage for a pair of shoes/boots, but enough room for folding fans. One with lower heels, that made a wooden click-clock when I walked, or one with higher heels that's quiet when I walked. I picked these boots! Quiet is golden! It's got that 'Flamenco' Spanish look. :) As always, I found wearing them everyday, during Autumn, and I was already getting compliments, day one! The staff, very friendly, and patient with me.
