Yesterday was Sant Jordi in Barcelona, a happy yet busy day. The Gucci store was busy, yet I was attended to in an excellent way. I want to mention the young woman Gabriella who has assisted me several times now. I value her as I recognize the effort she puts into the client. She really connects to and cares for the client. She is poised and patient. There is no pushiness but a gentle kindness which creates room to explore the beautiful items. She listens carefully and does her utmost best to guide the selection process. One leaves the store a satisfied client who will keep on coming back.
