Jenni has helped me understand -- and start to treat -- my scoliosis more than anyone in the…read moremedical field has been able to do. Not a small feat considering I'm 35 and have been dealing with it for over 20 years! I have a severe (55 degree curve) and never had spinal fusion surgery. Over the course of about 2 months, I have learned exercises and stretches to help correct and strengthen my torso and hips. I'm starting to see and feel changes, and most importantly, I have a better education of how my spinal imbalance will impact my body as I age, and things I can do daily to slow or even prevent its progression. I paid out of pocket to see Jenni because I have an HMO that insurance didn't cover her, but the PTs and spinal doctors I've seen in the past have zero knowledge of the intricacies of scoliosis compared to Jenni. It's worth it. Don't waste years letting your spinal curve progress like I did, the Scroth method is proven to help.

Also Rebecca was my go-to acupuncturist off and on the last year and a half, and her cupping was amazing but she was a little rough with needles. I've seen multiple acupuncturists all over the US so I'm not new to this. I have been receiving care from them for a myriad of health concerns the last nearly 2 years. The last few months, however, I switched from private pay to VA and I was constantly hearing how difficult it was to get them to pay, contact them for approvals, etc. The administrator, Sandy was who I spoke with today stated I was "ruining lunch" by trying to reschedule and then proceeded to tell me that it would be best for me to find another acupuncture clinic despite my years of regular patronage. Attempting to get any appointment is like pulling teeth and I've been rescheduled on multiple times by them but I've made it work. I've also booked out appointments until mid-August that are all being canceled now and need to be re-coordinated with the VA Choice program. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and obviously not being paid in a timely fashion by the VA and punishing me because of it. I'm happy to be seeing another acupuncture clinic that has more flexible scheduling, but their treatment of me as a combat veteran was ridiculous. I suggest you go elsewhere if you're considering this place.

Do you have a teenage boy that has traveled down a troubled road? Whether it be behavioral,…read moreemotional, or substance abuse related? Fortunately for us, we found Petty Creek Ranch in Montana. This was the day everything changed! I had spent over two years trying to find a residential treatment program that would help my son, as each incident we had with him escalated in severity. From the moment I inquired about Petty Creek Ranch, the communication throughout the entire process was unparalleled. I cannot tell you how many places that I had called with no follow through, and then came Michael Morso, the owner and executive director of Petty Creek Ranch. The passion he shows in his work is evident in the commitment he shows to doing whatever it takes to give every teenage boy the opportunity to change their life in a positive direction. The amount of support that these boys receive is truly remarkable. They receive support in academics, vocational/technical training, intensive family therapy, recovery coaching, in addition to many other treatment interventions like equine-assisted therapy and action-based therapy. For my son specifically, his struggles were/are due to ADHD, addiction, habitually lying and manipulating behaviors. He has now come through the other side consistently being open and honest, which I don't remember seeing since he was 2 years old. With his severe ADHD, we had also tried at least 8 different combinations of medications since 4thgrade before going to Petty Creek Ranch. After trying an innumerable amount of changes during his stay, he was able to come home with the perfect combination. They did in 6 months what I couldn't get figured out in 8 years! I can only hope that others can find the same success, with the dedication and perseverance shown in every area of this program at Petty Creek Ranch, which my family with be eternally grateful for, and will forever be in our hearts!

The place I went to made my immediate dentures WAY too big for my mouth. I couldn't even speak. And they were incredibly painful. I left the office crying after being talked down on by the denturist. On a whim I called Northwest dentures hoping maybe there was something they could do. The receptionist was so nice to me and they got me in immediately. Erick listened to all my concerns and was was able to take enough off the immediate dentures to make them wearable without Much discomfort. I still disliked the very fake bright white appearance of those teeth so we decided that after a year of healing I would get a new set. In between that time I saw Erick every 6 weeks for any questions/concerns and relining that was needed. Him and his staff were always patient and kind. The 2 amazing ladies that are his techs/office aids are hilarious and make you laugh the whole time. I'm so grateful for northwest dentures and the entire staff at this office. They listen to your concerns and do their absolute best to meet your needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of full dentures or partials.
