So the wait time to get an appointment is unacceptable. If you call to get an appointment you are looking for 2-3 months or more for a cleaning or a filling. About 3 weeks for a filling replacement. The quality of Dr Greg's work has seriously declined. I have had to have 4 fillings replaced in 6 months. The hygienists are professional. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional, down right rude, they glare at patients as they walk through to the exit. Front desk person Cassandra refused to have me as a patient anymore because I asked to have my preferences changed because 8 text messages reminders then multiple phone call reminders are extremely excessive. Then she glared at me when I left after my appointment. She should not be in the customer industry, and if I was her employer I would have fired her a long time ago. The hygienists and dentists are very careful and gentle, and don't shame you. They just do their job, and they remember who you are when you come back. Occasionally they can run 15-20 minutes behind, but that's due to late patients, not them. I've recently had to move away and switch providers, but I can say it doesn't get better than them, and I miss them desperately!
