The guy who waited on us was one of the owners and he told us the sides were made from scratch so we had a few: Cole slaw (some of my favorite of all time), potato salad (in Oklahoma, they mash potato salad like mashed potatoes, it was mustardy, mashed, & tasty), pea salad (amazing!), Mac & cheese (yum!), and a baked potato with butter and some sort of house seasoning on it (fresh and delicious). We ate every single bite and loved it! Prices were extremely reasonable, we got a meat with 2 sides and bread for only $9.95 and it was a ton of food.
