Dave's communication was great from the start. We hired him for a yard cleanup which included weed whacking, leaf disposal, and gathering trash from the yard and carrying it up to our front yard. Price was reasonable. His other employee had been injured, so he showed up and did a great job as a solo worker. The project took him two days. He took his time to ensure things looked good. The only thing I would have changed is making sure there was an end of project walk through before he left. He texted to me to tell me I was all set, so I checked his work after he had left. There were a few things he had forgotten to do. When I texted him letting him know the yard looked good, but the trash needed to be moved to the driveway, he turned around to finish the job. I assisted him in moving the trash and brush to the front yard, which I didn't mind because he was down a person and I wanted the job done. I needed a complete backyard cleanup. My husband is not well and unable to do the yard work he loved to do. We had to hire someone to do it for us. We're an elderly couple and on a very limited in come. I hired Sunday landscaping because I knew some of his family and figured he'd give u a fair deal. Well I was wrong he came to my house and we came to an agreement on the cost which was not cheap. He came and performed a subpar job. He cut down 2 rose of Sharon bushes and left large branches around the yard and mowing the lawn could have been done by a child. I text Mr Sunday and told him about the job he did and didn't do. He told me he would be back next week(last week) and I have not heard from him. I am telling anyone who asks do not use Sunday Landscaping! read more

We recently moved to Franklin and did a bit of work to our new property. My partners father is a landscaper and wanted to help us out by leveling and seeding our lawn. There were several stumps in the yard, which isn't something he does. We reached out to David who quoted us $550 for a couple small shrub stumps and a large stump. Upon completion, which we were not home, he stated the job was all set. Unfortunately, my partners paid him prior to checking out the job. That's on us. The large stump was barely grounded at all, which was the main stump is preventing us from starting the seeding process. David has promised us he will return to finish the job for about two weeks now. Some no shows and some with excuses and he'll be by next week. Seems like a nice guy, did a great job on the stumps that were done but the constant false promises is not worth the services. Don't hire if you want a job completed in a timely fashion. And after seeing that this guy responds to his reviews....some blaming the resident. Well, I've got a text thread that shows the chances and the constant no shows and excuses. Today's excuse.....he needs to have the teeth on his grinder sharpened. But if you knew you were coming here today....after not showing "early" last week....why wouldn't you have done that for today job? I'll also add the original text that stated the job was finished....to come home to a stump that wasn't even remotely done, it needs at least a foot and a half grinded. We hired Sunday Landscaping to cut down overgrown bushes and weeds in our yard. They were prompt, polite and did a great job in a very timely manner. They worked hard and there was no drama like some landscapers I have hired in the past. I would definitely hire them again. read more

sloppy sloppy work. threw mul h but looks like it was not raked out. covered multiple plants in miulch and chopped multiple plants in half. left debris all over yard. I called him because he was a nice guy to give him a chance to rectify but was a no show read more

Paid quite a bit of money and job never completed. Didn't return the following day after being paid (rookie mistake on my part...shame on me). Chased with phone calls for 2 weeks, multiple appointments were no shows. Returned after I complained and did 1/4 of job by weed whacking not removing what had been agreed on. Would definitely no use again or recommend. read more
